A pirate crew that had only been established for a few months had just crossed Reverse Mountain from the East Blue and entered the Grand Line, stopping here briefly.
Calling them a pirate crew was honestly giving them too much credit.
The entire crew had only one tiny beat-up boat, with just a handful of crew members. No matter how one looked at them, they were utterly shabby...
Their ship was docked beside the tower, neither anchored nor tied down, bobbing on the water as though it might be swept away by the waves at any moment.
