With his mother having gone that far, there was no point keeping her guessing. Noah gave an awkward smile and honestly held up two fingers.
"Twenty???"
Tulip paled in shock. "Or do you mean... two hundred..."
"What are you thinking, Mom?"
Noah looked utterly speechless. "Two! Just two! You actually came up with something as outrageous as two hundred? Do you really think I'm the kind of man who chases every woman he sees?"
"Really just two?"
Tulip frowned, looking skeptical.
"Of course."
Noah sighed. "That's what I meant this morning when I told you to prepare for three times the workload. I only love those three, and I don't want to let any of them down, so I'm planning to hold the wedding together, without leaving anyone out..."
"How touching..."
Tulip gave him a sidelong look and said dryly, "Is this the last scrap of conscience left in a man with no boundaries whatsoever when it comes to romance?"
"...Mom, I'm your son. At a time like this, can't you be on my side? Sarcasm isn't going to help anything."
"Well, Bell-mère is my daughter too. I don't want to see you treating her like this."
Tulip gave a cold laugh and held out her hand. "Do you have pictures of those two girls? Bring them here and let me see."
"I do. Give me a second."
Noah nodded and hurried upstairs to fetch the photos he had taken with Momousagi and Shiya.
Tulip's attention was immediately drawn to them. As she flipped through the photos, Noah quietly introduced the two women to his mother.
"So..."
After listening quietly, Tulip remained silent for a moment before lifting her head slightly.
"One is a princess of a nation affiliated with the government, with an extraordinarily noble status. The other
