While waiting for the Elemental Spirit's express delivery, Fuyuki started buying up land to build a Hot Spring Resort.

The land deal went very smoothly. The Third Hokage didn't try to gouge him; instead, he sold Fuyuki the land at a thirty-percent discount off the market price.

There was no power struggle involved. The land was so cheap simply because it was next to the Uchiha Clan Compound. The Uchiha were a bunch of troublemakers who thought the world revolved around them, so they weren't popular. Naturally, no one wanted to live next door to the Uchiha Clan.

Now that the entire Uchiha Clan had been wiped out, to put it bluntly, their compound was a mass grave. If I'm buying land right next to the Uchiha Clan Compound, how high a price do you think you can ask?

It's so unlucky and inauspicious. If I don't slash the price to thirty percent, wouldn't that be giving you, Hokage, face?

So he gave Fuyuki a discount to get him to buy the land quickly.

After buying the land and getting the deed, Fuyuki also went to the Hokage Office Building to post a mission recruiting Earth Release shinobi. He could have the more efficient shinobi help develop the resort. It might cost a little more, but it would be fast!

Construction on the Hot Spring Resort officially began. Fuyuki had taken the day off and come to the back hills of the Hyuga Clan Compound to meet the Yin-Yang Spirit. The "Moryo-hime" he'd ordered online from the Land of Demons had finally arrived!

As soon as Fuyuki arrived at the back hills, the Yin-Yang Spirit stepped out of the shadows. It tossed the half-dead Moryo at his feet and said, "Moryo was such a handful that I hit her with Kagayaki. I think I might've broken her. She's been unconscious ever since."

Fugaku's left eye, Amaterasu, was the strongest physical attack, while his right eye, Kagayaki, was a genjutsu that dragged its victim into a space created by the Mangekyo, inflicting immense mental damage. It was even more direct than Tsukuyomi: there was no need for slow torture. The moment you entered, you were battered to your limit.

"It's fine. I don't need her consent to make a blood pact." Fuyuki didn't care much about what the Yin-Yang Spirit had done. As long as he could accept Moryo, nothing else mattered.

Fuyuki covered his hand in Gentle Fist chakra and cut his palm, letting the blood flow. Then he pressed it to Moryo's head, staining the girl's fair forehead red and forming a circular Cursed Seal.

"Whoosh."

After making the blood pact and checking how much chakra Moryo had, Fuyuki finally let out a sigh of relief.

This time, forcibly taking Moryo hadn't been a loss. She had nearly three hundred times as much chakra as Kakashi.

If he used Moryo to refine elixirs, he could even make two Otsutsuki-brand medicinal candies.

Chakra was the only thing holding Fuyuki back!

If he had enough chakra, even chaining up all Nine Tailed Beasts like dogs would be a piece of cake.

Fuyuki's chakra contained all five elemental natures, as well as Yin and Yang. He could absorb the chakra of any summoned beast—except Senjutsu chakra!

Pure nature energy was poison. Unless you knew the right ratio of nature energy to ordinary chakra, absorbing it recklessly was suicide!

Nature energy could merge a person with nature, turning them into ordinary stone!

"Damn it, Moryo! What use do I have for you, you brainless lump?"

After using the Gentle Fist Technique to expel all the chakra and nature energy from his body, Fuyuki's fury turned to murderous intent. He drew out the black Binding Chains, ready to make Moryo—the reason he'd taken a loss—pay for it right there.

What Fuyuki meant by "make her pay" was fastening ornamental shackles around Moryo's neck, wrists, and ankles to reinforce the contract. That way, he could fully control his summoned beasts, using their chains and shackles to direct them and unleash their special abilities.

Of course, the Summoner spell wasn't called something like "Control" or "Summoned Beast Mastery."

A spell called "Control" sounded too brutal. It would strip summoned beasts of their dignity and turn them into timid, self-loathing sad-posters!

So the spell was called: Command Spell!

Fuyuki had used this spell the first time he summoned Kaguya-hime, keeping it in reserve to restrain his summoned beasts.

The result was that he got an Ancestor, and the Hyuga Clan got an Ancestor too. You could call it a win-win, more or less.

Fuyuki dragged Moryo home. She couldn't serve as a chakra battery, and she was weak.

Weakness was relative. Moryo was strong enough to deal with an Elite Jonin or a useless Sixth Mizukage with ease. She'd make a perfect guard pet. And once the Hot Spring Resort opened, Moryo could put her powers to good use working in the hot springs to pay off her debt.

Dragging Moryo home by her chains, Fuyuki happened to run into Hiashi outside the Main Branch Courtyard. He greeted him naturally, and Hiashi reflexively nodded back. "Mm. Don't wander off. Train hard."

Only after saying that did Hiashi notice the black chain in his Ancestor's hand. He glanced behind him and froze in place. A beautiful girl had shackles on her hands, feet, and neck, and was unconscious. His son had dragged an unconscious beauty home!

Gasp!

"Fuyuki, who is she? What are you planning to do?" Hiashi's face darkened as he scolded him. "Let go of her! Set her free!"

"No, it's—" Fuyuki started to explain. He planned to lock Moryo in the basement and straighten out her mindset as a monster before letting her out. But the Clan Head didn't give him a chance to explain. "Let her go! The Hyuga Clan will not tolerate anyone behaving disgracefully! If you're curious, you can ask Tokuma and Himon to show you around. Forcing a respectable girl into this is unacceptable!"

"Okay, whatever you like."

Fuyuki let go, and the chain vanished. He raised both hands in surrender and slowly backed away. "Father, as your bulletproof vest against kunai, I have a duty to warn you: watch out for Moryo-hime's sneak attack. Her true form is a giant summoned beast."

The Binding Chains disappeared, and Moryo regained control of her body. She kicked Hiashi out of the way and roared, "What did you do to me? Why am I like this? You bastard! Aaaaah!"

"Sit!" Fuyuki ordered.

"Woof!" Moryo held out her hand.
