The Phantom Body Flicker Technique combined genjutsu with the Body Flicker Technique.
It used the Sharingan to create multiple phantoms, which attacked the enemy alongside the user's real body.
Its most impressive feature was that the phantoms did not disappear when attacked.
That left enemies unable to tell the phantoms from the real body.
On top of that, Uchiha Shisui had also learned Observation Haki and Kami-e.
He had chosen those himself to suit his abilities.
Techniques such as Shave, Tempest Kick, and Geppo required a certain level of physical strength to learn.
Kami-e had less demanding requirements. It allowed the user to evade attacks by sensing the changes they caused in the airflow. With his Sharingan, learning Kami-e made Uchiha Shisui even more formidable.
The same went for Observation Haki.
