West City, Universal Capsule Corporation.
Zhang Qi arrived here and, with Bulma's introduction, met the legendary genius scientist.
Dr. Brief wore an oil-stained white lab coat and had a black cat perched on his shoulder. He looked nothing like the owner of a massive corporation like Universal Capsule.
After entering the laboratory, Zhang Qi directly handed Dr. Brief the materials on Dr. Gero.
Dr. Brief began reading. The more he read, the grimmer his expression became.
"Qi is something I've researched a little. But the data model in these materials couldn't have been produced with just a few lab rats."
After a long while, Dr. Brief turned around and spoke with a grave expression.
He had researched qi before, but only a small number of martial artists could use it, leaving far too few experimental samples.
The only way to obtain such complete data was through extensive human experimentation, perhaps even live dissection.
"Because this is Dr. Gero's legacy."
Zhang Qi nodded at that.
At the mention of that name, Dr. Brief's hand froze in midair.
As an expert in the scientific world, he naturally knew what that name represented.
"The Red Ribbon Army?"
Just then, Bulma walked over carrying two steaming cups of black coffee. She happened to hear the name.
"Not long ago, the Red Ribbon Army's headquarters was wiped off the map. When the military went in to clean up afterward, they couldn't even find a single intact brick."
Dr. Brief looked at Zhang Qi. "You did that?"
"That's right. You could say I'm an Android created by Dr. Gero."
Zhang Qi said, "I was just lucky enough to escape. While I was at it, I blew up that old lunatic's base. I copied the materials from the main server."
Dr. Brief froze, unsure what to say
