The logic behind the first-generation capsules was simple: extract life data and transform the user's life-form.
But that transformation depended on the unique life-form known as an Ultraman.
As Light Quantum Lifeforms, they could enter different states simply by changing frequencies.
The second-generation Ultra Capsules, however, worked differently.
As Masaki Keigo's abilities had grown, he had gained a deeper understanding of this life-form.
He had combined that understanding with the life-digitization technology of Xing Tian's world and Life Solidification Technology. The result was this second-generation Ultra Capsule.
Its greatest advance was that it was no longer limited to the Ultraman life-form.
Of course, further experiments would require an enormous amount of energy.
The good news was that he was standing in the one place in the universe where energy was least likely to run out.
Masaki Keigo looked up, his gaze passing through the transparent dome above the laboratory.
Above it stood a magnificent structure that ran through the planet...
The Plasma Spark Tower itself.
According to the Land of Light's recorded history, the day it was first lit, the entire universe lit up with it.
The Difaleta Ray it spread had even caused life throughout the universe to evolve.
That was one reason so many monsters existed in this universe.
It was also why the Land of Light had taken it upon itself to maintain peace across the universe.
"Approval to use the Plasma Spark Tower just came through." Hikari's voice broke into his thoughts.
"Finally."
Masaki Keigo nodded, privately breathing a long sigh of relief.
