When one's vitality weakened, even maintaining a Stand's form could become difficult.

Conversely, when a user's mind attained a state of absolute stability and certain exceedingly harsh external conditions were met—

Their Stand could undergo its ultimate evolution and step into a realm beyond mortal imagination.

Across the entire series, including the spin-off games, only two people had truly evolved their Stands to this stage.

The first was Enrico Pucci from Part 6, Stone Ocean.

By merging with the Green Baby born from DIO's bone and following a specific sequence of steps, he ultimately evolved [Whitesnake] into [Made in Heaven], gaining the terrifying power to accelerate time across the entire world without limit until the universe reset.

The other was DIO from the spin-off game Eyes of Heaven.

In one parallel world, DIO defeated Jotaro Kujo and the others. After meeting certain conditions, his Stand evolved into [World Over Heaven].

Its ability was simple yet tyrannical—bringing truth to whatever its hands touched.
