Uchiha Shin stood on the rooftop of a tall building with a grim expression, looking down at Kisame Hoshigaki as he slowly approached through the curtain of rain.
"Where's the Eight-Tails?" Uchiha Shin demanded from above.
Kisame Hoshigaki grinned brightly. "That octopus bastard was pretty slippery, so I only managed to take one octopus tail."
"The tail! Where is it?"
Uchiha Shin leaped down from the rooftop, landing directly in front of Kisame Hoshigaki.
"It's already been sealed inside the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path." Kisame Hoshigaki chuckled. "Orochimaru was surprisingly easy to talk to."
"Bastard!!"
Boom!
Uchiha Shin swung out a palm, and a powerful repulsive force instantly formed an air wall that swept toward Kisame Hoshigaki.
Kisame Hoshigaki immediately turned sideways, drew Samehada, and held it before him.
Bang!!
The powerful repulsive air wall crushed through with unstoppable force, blasting Kisame Hoshigaki more than ten meters away and leaving two deep gouges in the ground beneath his feet.
"Orochimaru is a traitor, and you actually dared cooperate with him?!" Uchiha Shin's killing intent surged forward like a tide.
Kisame Hoshigaki's face slowly emerged from behind Samehada's massive blade.
Samehada could not absorb Shinra Tensei, but Shinra Tensei could not destroy Samehada either.
"Uchiha Shin, you really think you're the leader, even though you can't even summon the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path." Kisame Hoshigaki sneered. "Compared to Orochimaru, you're not worth mentioning."
"Fine, then I'll show you the true power of the Rinnegan!"
The Rinnegan in Uchiha Shin's left eye gave off a hazy glow, and then his body slowly rose into the air.
"Shin, don't be rash!"
One of Zetsu's clones emerged from underground. "Working with Orochimaru was a necessary measure. After all, the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path
