On the rooftop of a tall wooden tower, Orochimaru leaned against a red pillar. His golden slit pupils gazed across several hundred meters at the activity around Konoha Hospital.
After Kakashi had settled Uchiha Sasuke in Konoha Hospital, he arranged for five Anbu to guard the place. Although they definitely would not be able to stop Orochimaru, they could at least serve as an early warning!

"So you intend to become the fuse that blows this country apart," Yakushi Kabuto said slowly. "And Sasuke is your explosive."
Orochimaru narrowed his eyes halfway and turned back to look at Yakushi Kabuto's round glasses. "You see through things rather thoroughly. It suddenly makes me a little displeased. Hehe."
"That is because you do not fully trust me yet." Yakushi Kabuto spread his hands helplessly.
