Holy Land Mary Geoise, the residence of the Celestial Dragons.
Celestial Dragons could be seen everywhere, walking around with slaves in tow, each surrounded by a large entourage.
They were born winners in life, but sadly, most of them had been raised into useless trash, even more foolish than idiots.
Only a tiny number of elite Celestial Dragons managed to stand out.
The Celestial Dragons they encountered were clearly not among those elites. Seeing Richard and his group, who were obviously outsiders, they not only failed to notice anything wrong but even wanted to turn them into slaves.
They even began arguing over it.
Richard and the others sentenced these pigs to death in their hearts.
Only the Cipher Pol agents beside them sensed that something was amiss. This was Holy Land Mary Geoise; even World Government officials were not allowed up here. How had this group gotten in?
They remained vigilant and prepared their defenses.
The moment anything felt wrong, they were ready to attack.
But Richard merely glanced at those Cipher Pol agents and used genjutsu to control every last one of them.
Though he rarely used it, the Rinne Sharingan's ocular power was no joke. Forget this rabble—even Admiral-Yonko Level fighters in this world might not be able to withstand his genjutsu.
The controlled agents then turned and attacked the Celestial Dragons they had originally been protecting.
How could Celestial Dragons raised into useless wastes possibly withstand these elite agents?
Thus, several Celestial Dragons soon died.
Only then did Richard release his control over them.
He then said to the agents, "Now that these Celestial Dragons died by your hands, the World Government won't care whether you killed them while under our control. Once you're caught, you'll die too.
"So run. The farther, the better.
"I suggest you free the slaves and escape among them. That way, you won't be caught so easily."
"You devil!" One of the agents broke down mentally, cursing as he tried to rush over and take Richard down with him.
Richard could only say that he had courage, but Richard would not show mercy. Since he wanted to die, Richard would send him on his way.
Seeing what happened to him, the other agents obediently chose to follow Richard's advice. A miserable life was still better than death.
His suggestion was useful. The more chaotic Mary Geoise became, the greater their chances of escaping.
Now they could only hope this bunch of bastards was strong enough to buy them enough time.
They immediately freed the slaves on the ground, then went elsewhere to release even more slaves.
As the Celestial Dragons' guards, they were familiar enough with all of Mary Geoise to know where the slaves were held.
They were even normally responsible for managing the slaves.
Sabotage by insiders was the most destructive of all.
Before long, all of Mary Geoise descended into chaos.
Richard considered this an act of one of his few remaining scraps of kindness.
Once everyone started fighting, no one would have time to care whether these slaves lived or died.
He would free them first. If they still died later in the aftermath of battles between him and the World Government's powerhouses, Richard would not feel much guilt.
He had kindness, but not much. When he had the spare capacity, he allowed himself a little of it.
He had accidentally injured plenty of ordinary people while fighting powerful enemies in Coiling Dragon World, and he had not felt guilty then either. When fighting a life-or-death battle against a powerful foe, being unable to care about everything else was perfectly normal.
At this moment, the powerhouses of Holy Land Mary Geoise realized something was wrong.
They began moving out to suppress the riot.
"Then, shall we get to work? Who's going after the one hiding inside?" Richard asked. He was mainly asking Xia Mi, so he spoke directly to her.
"I'll go. Is it a technique similar to Nibelungen? Interesting. I want to see it for myself," Xia Mi said.
Lin Feng realized they were talking about Imu, who was hiding within the Flower Room.
As the hidden world-level final boss, she was not someone they were strong enough to challenge yet. Only Richard or Xia Mi could act with sufficient certainty.
But he was more interested in the Flower Room.
"Is the Flower Room similar to Nibelungen? Is it also hidden in a spatial layer?" Lin Feng did not know much about that either.
"More or less." Richard nodded.
Xia Mi left alone.
Meanwhile, two Admiral-level powerhouses had already appeared. One was the Commander-in-Chief of the entire military, Kong, and the other was the director of Cipher Pol.
Both were fully mobilizing their men to suppress the increasingly chaotic situation while protecting the Celestial Dragons.
Of course, Richard did not actually recognize either of them.
He only knew that these two powerhouses were probably beyond what his group chat companions could handle, so they had to be dealt with first.
Richard's eyes transformed into Rinne Sharingan as he used spatial movement to appear not far from the two men.
He extended both hands, and a powerful attractive force surged from his palms.
It was aimed directly at the two powerhouses.
The two men only felt their bodies being dragged uncontrollably toward this unfamiliar powerhouse, and their expressions changed.
Before they could respond, the attraction from Richard's palms abruptly turned into a powerful repulsive force.
It was the basic ability shared by the Rinnegan and Tenseigan: Repulsive and Attractive Forces.
It could also be called Banshō Ten'in and Shinra Tensei.
Richard had no idea how people came up with names like those. Each sounded more badass than the last. As someone hopeless at naming things, he was genuinely envious.
This was Richard's first time using the Rinnegan in actual combat since eating the God Tree Fruit. Before this, he had only practiced with it in a Small World.
All he could say was, it was amazing.
Kong and the Cipher Pol director were simultaneously struck by two opposing forces, and one exchange left them severely injured.
Richard stepped forward, casually used a sealing technique to seal Kong and the unnamed Cipher Pol director, then stored them in his Small World.
He would keep them for now and decide whether to kill them after the battle.
This Cipher Pol director was also a Devil Fruit user. Since he had become the director, it was probably a rare fruit.
After Richard dealt with those two, Lin Feng and the others also split up in pairs to deal with the remaining powerhouses.
The unrest continued to spread, quickly alarming the Five Elders, who openly controlled the World Government.
All five had appeared. Why had God's Knights still not come out?
There was no way they could be unaware of such a huge disturbance.
Richard took a moment to scan with his spiritual power. Those people had apparently gone to protect important figures among the Celestial Dragons.
It seemed they were not going to concern themselves with the riot here.
Whatever. He would deal with the Five Elders first.
All five were powerhouses. They might even all be Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit users.
Richard suddenly realized that their immortality was very likely connected to Imu's ability.
If Xia Mi killed Imu over there, would these people all die too?
That would not do. Then he would not be able to collect those Mythical Zoan Devil Fruits. It would be far too wasteful.
He did not want to search the entire world after the Devil Fruits respawned somewhere in the sea.
So he had to deal with these people as quickly as possible and make sure he got the Devil Fruits. He still did not know what use they had, but he could collect them first.
Perhaps turning these people into Six Paths Puppets would be a good idea? A thought suddenly occurred to Richard.
The more Richard considered it, the better the idea seemed. He looked at the Five Elders. Not bad—the five of them were all fairly strong. They would make excellent errand-runners or fodder-clearers.
