Background / History

Xia Mi was born a Dragon King in a world once dominated by dragons. Following the decline of the Dragon Race and humanity’s rise, the surviving dragons adopted human forms to move through human society. She does not see herself as responsible for restoring dragon rule; she protects those who submit to her, rather than pursuing racial domination. 99 100

Before meeting Richard, she lived in a Nibelungen with her younger brother Fenrir, whose intelligence had been damaged during reincarnation. Knowing Odin and the Little Devil threatened her, she gambled on the Chat Group and allowed Richard to enter her private space. 6

She allied with Richard against Odin, trading alchemical knowledge and Odin’s inheritance for his assistance. Richard also helped restore most of Fenrir’s soul, for which Xia Mi was deeply grateful. 7
