Any dads here? Little Qiezi is four months old. Yesterday, with a fever, we went to the hospital and found out it was a viral cold. The doctor prescribed Children's Chai Gui Fever Reducing Granules. Today the temperature has risen a little more, above 38.5°C and even reaching 39°C. What should we do? Should we keep seeing the doctor, or what?

I'm asking here because Little Qiezi has been taking the medicine and this is the second day of fever. I don't really know how effective this medicine is. The doctor also said to only give Meilin if the temperature goes above 39°C, but Meilin seems to have quite a few side effects.
