Songyi City is located in the southern part of Jiangyun Province under the Great Wei dynasty, featuring a mild and warm climate 1. It serves as a regional hub where Baiwei Street gathers delicacies from all major provinces of Great Wei 1. Order in the Inner City is maintained jointly by government yamen constables, local authorities, and three major gangs, whereas the Outer City slums (such as Baishan District) house the poor and are plagued by poor sanitation and hooligans 1 2 10 27.
