Su Yu stared at the Two-Faced Ghost Demon, clutching his chest. "Oh my god, why is this thing so ugly? I'm about to throw up."

The Two-Faced Ghost Demon froze at Su Yu's words, then flew into a rage, screeching madly at him.

The Two-Faced Ghost Demon charged straight at Su Yu on the ground. Su Yu, seeing it rushing toward him, yelled in fright, "Whoa there, you ugly freak, stay away from me!"

The Two-Faced Ghost Demon was practically fuming with anger. It swung a palm directly at Su Yu, who met it with a punch.

With a loud crash, the Two-Faced Ghost Demon was sent flying several meters. Being knocked back was one thing, but what infuriated it was seeing Su Yu hopping and skipping over to Lin Rou, shouting, "Oh no, oh no, little Rou, I touched that ugly thing! Hurry up and freeze my hand—it's disgusting!"

As he spoke, Su Yu looked at the hand that had punched the Two-Faced Ghost Demon with utter disdain.

With that, Su Yu leaped up, executed a spinning kick, and struck the Two-Faced Ghost Demon square in the face. The demon was kicked apart in an instant, and the Succubus Duo's soul power was completely drained. The host stood stunned for a long moment before declaring the Yu Rou Combination the victors.

After Su Yu dragged Lin Rou away, the crowd still hadn't snapped out of it. They had witnessed a Martial Soul... speaking for the first time!

Su Yu covered his forehead, tilting his head forty-five degrees toward the sky. "I originally wanted to get along with you all as an ordinary person, but I didn't expect you to find out. Yes, I am... a god!"

"...damn fool," Xiao Wu finished after Su Yu said "god."

"Pfft." Everyone couldn't help but laugh.

Dai Mubai spoke up. "Let's go. It's getting late; we should head back."

Tang San asked, "Where's the dean?"

"Who knows? He said we should go back on our own after the match. Let's head back." Dai Mubai waved his hand.

Everyone nodded and left the Great Soul Arena.

Out on the street, Ma Hongjun suddenly said, "You guys go ahead. The dean told me to stop by his shop."

As he spoke, a glint of excitement flickered in his small eyes.

Dai Mubai gave a knowing smirk. "We'll head back then. Take it easy."

Ma Hongjun nodded with a grin. Just as he was about to leave, Su Yu suddenly spoke up. "Fatty, come find me in a couple of days. I'll help you with your Martial Soul problem."

Ma Hongjun looked at Su Yu and laughed. "Yu Ge, even the dean couldn't fix my Martial Soul issue. Don't bother wasting your time. But I appreciate the thought."

Su Yu patted Ma Hongjun on the shoulder. "If you trust me, find some time to come see me." With that, Su Yu walked off first, and the others followed.

Ma Hongjun stood there in a daze for a moment, then muttered to himself, "Might as well go. It's not like I'll lose a piece of meat..."

The next morning, Ma Hongjun arrived at Su Yu and Tang San's dorm. Tang San was already up, but Su Yu was still sound asleep—waking up early was out of the question; sleep should be until you naturally wake up.
