  • Koenji Rokusuke dismissed the class’s distress, praised his own appearance, and left.

Ch. 152Opening Ceremony

Sakayanagi Arisu and Katsuragi Kohei found Class D too discouraged to engage, so Sakayanagi left, and the class remained without a plan.

  • Mashima Tomoya explained that event entries had to be submitted by the day before the festival, participants could not later be changed, and replacements cost one hundred thousand Private Points.
  • Uesugi Hara teased Kamuro Masumi about being forced into events, and Morishita Ai volunteered to ride on Kamuro in a cavalry battle, but Kamuro refused.
  • More than four hundred students gathered in the Gymnasium to discuss strategy for the Red and White Teams.
  • Sakayanagi Arisu and Katsuragi Kohei approached Class D to discuss cooperation, but the class remained apathetic after Sudo Ken's expulsion and the loss of its Class Points.

  • Class B students and students from other classes surrounded Ichinose Honami to comfort her, and she quickly regained her composure.
  • Uesugi Hara teased Sakayanagi Arisu that her approach to Class D had been for amusement, and she said Class A would win every event if they cooperated.

  • Uesugi Hara listed ridiculous ways Sakayanagi Arisu could compete in the sports festival, stunning Sakayanagi, Hashimoto, and Kamuro.

Ch. 154Fuka Kiryuin

Ch. 155Challenge? Reward!

Uesugi Hara and Fuka Kiryuin struck a wager: they would compete in the 100-meter sprint at the upcoming sports festival, with the loser paying 200,000 Points. Both expected to win, and they left the challenge set without choosing a witness.

Ch. 156A Girl of Both Beauty and Strength

Uesugi Hara and Fuka Kiryuin raced 100 meters, with Uesugi narrowly winning their bet. Fuka tried to postpone the promised reward, then boasted about her beauty, strength, and lack of a boyfriend.

  • Uesugi Hara and Fuka Kiryuin agreed to race on the track, using a falling pack of tissues as the start signal.

  • Uesugi Hara refused Fuka Kiryuin’s invitation to another match and headed back toward the Gymnasium.
  • Fuka Kiryuin followed Uesugi Hara in silence, then parted from him at the Gymnasium entrance.

  • Uesugi Hara returned to the classroom and accepted Sakayanagi Arisu's assignment to participate in every sports festival event.
  • Sakayanagi Arisu assigned Kamuro Masumi to every event as well, and Uesugi Hara gave her a sympathetic look.
  • Kamuro Masumi pounced on Uesugi Hara and pinched his cheeks, so he retaliated by tugging hers and poking her nostrils.
  • Uesugi Hara and Kamuro Masumi stopped fighting when their faces hurt, while Morishita Ai watched and asked why they had stopped.

  • Airi seemed to accept Uesugi Hara’s invitation, though she gave no definite answer.
