The next day, morning.

Inside the Class D classroom, the bell had just rung, and the room began to bustle with activity.

Yamauchi Haruki walked toward Karuizawa Kei, who was chatting with others, a look of joy on his face. He tapped on her desk and said:

"Hirata is looking for you. He's waiting for you on the rooftop of the second school building."

"Hirata is looking for me?" Karuizawa Kei first glanced instinctively at Hirata's empty seat before saying, "Alright, I understand."

After saying that, she greeted her friends and stood up to leave.

Seeing Karuizawa walk out, Yamauchi Haruki instinctively gripped the Student Terminal in his pocket before returning to his seat.

He looked left and right, and seeing that no one was paying attention to him, he took out his Student Terminal to send a message.

Yamauchi Haruki: "I've delivered the message."

Hashinoue: "Mhm, then Brother Haruki~ let's meet in dorm 312 tonight."

Yamauchi Haruki: "Alright."

Yamauchi maintained his composure as usual, but his hand holding the Student Terminal couldn't help but tremble.

Three months! A full three months! Finally, someone was going to confess to him!

Thinking this, Yamauchi couldn't help but reveal a lecherous grin: "If she's meeting me tonight, should I prepare something?"

Just then, a hand landed on Yamauchi's shoulder: "Yamauchi, what are you grinning about?"

Turning his head, he saw it was Ike Kanji.

Yamauchi said with an arrogant look on his face: "From now on, I won't be hanging out with you single losers anymore. A cute girl is going to confess to me tonight."

"What? Are you kidding me?" Ike Kanji looked shocked.

Seeing Ike Kanji's expression, the corners of Yamauchi's mouth couldn't help but curl up even further.

Meanwhile, on the rooftop of the second building.

Manabe Shiho deleted the contact named Yamauchi Haruki with a look of disgust: "This guy is truly disgusting."

Yamashita Saki, a girl standing nearby, covered her mouth and laughed: "Shiho, I can't believe you were able to make up such a story. This Yamauchi is being played like a fiddle; it's hilarious."

Another girl with short black hair asked curiously: "But Shiho, whose room is dorm 312 that you sent him to?"

Manabe Shiho shrugged: "I don't know. I just said it randomly. Who cares? As long as he doesn't harass me, it's fine."

Just then, the iron door to the rooftop was slowly pushed open, and Karuizawa muttered: "Seriously, Hirata, why did you call me to a place like this?"

The sunlight on the rooftop was a bit blinding, making it hard for Karuizawa to keep her eyes open. When her vision finally focused, she was suddenly stunned.

There was no Hirata on the rooftop, only three girls standing in front of her with arrogant expressions.

Looking at the hostile expressions of Manabe Shiho and the others, Karuizawa Kei frowned, then pretended to be nonchalant and said: "Ah, looks like I went to the wrong place."

As she spoke, she turned to leave, but Manabe immediately grabbed Karuizawa's arm.

"Don't even think about leaving now that you're here." She pulled hard, dragging Karuizawa back.

"What are you doing!" Karuizawa forcefully shook off Manabe's hand and demanded.

"What are we doing?" Manabe signaled to her companions.

The two girls, including Yamashita, nodded and turned back to close and lock the rooftop door.

Seeing the door being locked, a flood of unpleasant memories instantly rushed into Karuizawa's mind, and she panicked.

"What do you want!"

Karuizawa moved her legs, trying to reach the rooftop door.

But Manabe blocked her path directly, saying with a vicious look: "I haven't told you to leave yet, so just stay put."

"Do you know that this is a violation of school rules!" Karuizawa said forcefully.

Although she appeared very sharp on the surface, the tears welling up in the corners of her eyes completely betrayed her.

"Oh, oh, oh, are you going to cry already?" The three girls, led by Manabe, kept closing in on Karuizawa, who retreated until she was backed into a corner.

"What... exactly do you want?"

On the other side, Etsuka and Suzune were walking down the hallway.

Suzune said with some surprise: "So... you're saying it's very likely that Ryuen will resort to violence?"

"Yeah." Etsuka, with a lollipop in his mouth, analyzed: "Since Ryuen was capable of doing what he did last time, I wouldn't be surprised if he used violent means."

"Etsuka..." Suzune slowly stopped in her tracks.

"Hmm? What's wrong?" Horikita Etsuka also stopped and turned to look at the serious-looking Suzune.

A light breeze stirred her hair.

Suzune said with a stern expression:

"You're in Class B, so why are you helping me like this? Even if we're family, this level of assistance is clearly unreasonable, isn't it?"

Etsuka smiled. "Sis, you know there are some things that matter more than victory."

"Some things that matter more than victory..." Suzune murmured to herself.

"Oh, stop thinking about it for now and go talk to the people in your class." Etsuka pushed Suzune toward the entrance of Class D.

Etsuka curiously poked his head in to take a look. "Wow, Sis, your class is so much livelier than ours."

The classroom was in total chaos; students were shouting loudly while playing video games, and some boys were running around the room playing tag.

Although the girls were a bit more refined, the volume of their discussions could probably be heard throughout the entire school building!

"Eh? Senpai?!" Kushida spotted Etsuka standing at the door immediately. She excused herself from her friends and walked out.

Etsuka's expression didn't change at all; instead, he waved at her.

Even though he had heard about her glorious deeds, she hadn't done anything of the sort to him yet, so as far as Horikita Etsuka was concerned, Kushida was still a good girl.

"Senpai, you still haven't told me about what happened last time," Kushida replied timidly.

Etsuka waved his hand. "You already know we're in the same grade, so why don't you stop calling me Senpai?"

"Oh my." Kushida stuck out her tongue, making a cute face. "I can't seem to stop. It's all your fault, Senpai, for making me have to call you that."

"Then just call me Senpai, I don't mind," Etsuka replied.

Of course, something like 'big brother' would be even better...

Although this wasn't his first time meeting Kushida, Etsuka had to admit that the lethality of her cute appearance was off the charts.

It was absolutely explosive!

Kushida folded her hands over her abdomen, blinked her beautiful, lively eyes curiously, and looked up at Etsuka. "So, Senpai, why did you hide the fact that you were in a higher grade from me?"

Etsuka wagged his finger. "Wrong, wrong. Think about it carefully, Kushida. I never actually said I was in a higher grade."

Kushida placed a finger against her lips and fell into thought. "Hmm... it seems you really didn't, Senpai."

Watching the two of them chatting away with such interest, Suzune's expression darkened. She turned and walked toward Hirata's seat, habitually intending to hand the task over to him.

Unfortunately, Hirata wasn't there.

Suzune shifted her gaze to Ayanokoji, who was resting his head on his hand and looking out the window at the scenery.

"Ayanokoji, have you seen Hirata?"

"Hirata? I think they're on the rooftop of Building 2," Ayanokoji said flatly.

"Is that so?" Suzune returned to her seat and sat down, deciding to wait until Hirata returned.

Ayanokoji glanced at Etsuka, who was chatting happily at the door, and said calmly, "Horikita, I don't think I saw Hirata on the rooftop just now."
