The twenty-year war has ended. It feels as if the chaos began only yesterday, yet as the sun has risen and set, many have begun to forget the identity that once belonged to the Anlan Kingdom.

In the conference room of the Resistance Army headquarters, the hundred-meter-long conference table was already packed with people. The condition for creating a duchy is that it must be headed by a duke, which also means one must have mid-to-late-stage Level 9 strength to be qualified. As for a kingdom, it requires a Saint Realm powerhouse to establish it, and a Level 9 duke is merely an appendage to a kingdom. As for empires, there are only four on the Yulan Continent.

The O'Brien Empire, the Yulan Empire, the Luo'ao Empire, and the Rhine Empire—these four empires were actually founded by god-level powerhouses.
