"Dragon's Reverse Scale" was a core Ultimate Move that Blue-Eyes Baby Dragon possessed from the start. Now that it had appeared on Blue-Eyes White Dragon, its effect remained unchanged.
In other words, it traded confusion for three minutes of increased attack power.
An attack increase of 50% to 100% was quite substantial.
Though it was not as strong as the doubled attack granted by [Tough! Invincible! Strongest!], it lasted for three minutes, giving it an advantage in duration.
Moreover, these two Ultimate Moves could, to a certain extent, stack. Naturally, their bonuses were added based on base attack.
