The creatures that had come to this "Heavenly Court," regardless of race or strength, had voluntarily set aside their disputes and gathered around the mouth of the well, which had been dug away by half, drinking from it in small sips.

To judge by their expressions, it was as though they were drinking divine nectar, savoring every drop. With each sip, a ring of light appeared around their bodies, seemingly producing an effect akin to rebirth.

Dark asked Magic Beast: Goddess of the Mind's Eye, but Magic Beast: Goddess of the Mind's Eye shook her head. "There's no divinity."

The liquid in that "well" contained no divinity, so what was drawing these creatures to it?

"Could it be something like a ley line?"

Dark considered collecting some to take back for investigation.

However, although the creatures surrounding the "well" were all relatively small, two of them were extremely dangerous. One was a puppy-like creature that sent a chill down his spine with just a single glance.

Its aura was so thoroughly concealed that no divinity could be sensed from it.

But when Dark poked his head out from the carriage, it suddenly looked up at him. That one glance sent a chill through him, and he immediately thought of the giant elephant he had encountered on Mount of Gods!

Thus, he did not cause trouble and wisely chose to take a step back.

That puppy-like creature was very likely the owner of that "well."

It had merely allowed the other creatures to share it so that the aftermath of battle would not destroy that rare "well."

After leaving that area, Dark's attention was quickly drawn away by a new divine object.

Magic Beast: Goddess of the Mind's Eye sensed an aura of divinity beneath a small mountain formed from pollutants.
