It was, in itself, an utterly absurd matter.
It belonged to the realm of myth and legend, which was why no one had investigated it too deeply.
But if the "Philosopher's Stone" referred to an advancement Magic Potion from the Underworld God-Crossing system, then his attempt to turn the entire kingdom into a paradise for the dead had an explanation.
After all, the Underworld God-Crossing system did not target the living, but the souls of the dead.
Since the "Heroic Spirit King" wanted to create the "Philosopher's Stone," his goal must have been to recreate the Underworld God-Crossing system. Naturally, he needed a vast number of dead souls as test subjects.
Under the Domination of his power over death, those dead souls presumably would not perish.
If he had truly managed to create the "Philosopher's Stone," he could have used it to guide those dead souls onto the divine path of the underworld, truly achieving "everyone becoming like dragons."
But his experiment had clearly failed.
Perhaps the experiment had consumed far too many souls, or perhaps there had been some other reason. In any case, the "Golden King" had raised the banner of rebellion.
New images quickly formed in Dark's mind...
When he had created the "Red Bloodstained Golden Kingdom Elixir of Immortality," he had also reenacted that legend. But because he knew too little of the details, he had deliberately blurred over and skipped many parts, relying entirely on the dream to work things out on its own.
It was only thanks to extraordinary luck that he had managed to stumble upon the "No. 3 Red Potion" and refine it into that "Red Bloodstained Golden Kingdom Elixir of Immortality."
But judging from what he knew now, if he tried to replicate the earlier ritual again while clinging to luck,
