The four Ultimate Moves attached to [Holy Lance Gram] were all techniques for wielding the holy lance.
Different lance techniques could serve different purposes in different situations. Whether [Gallantmon] could remain undefeated depended on how flexibly it wielded [Holy Lance Gram] in battle.
[Gallantmon]'s third Ultimate Move was [Holy Shield Aegis], which was undoubtedly the manifestation of the immense shield in its hand.
[Holy Shield Aegis: [Gallantmon] wielded the holy shield known as [Aegis] to protect justice and order. When using the holy shield for defense, [Gallantmon]'s Defense increased by 50%. Additional Ultimate Moves: Royal Saber, Final Elysion.]
[Royal Saber: [Gallantmon] raised Holy Shield Aegis and charged at the enemy, striking with all its might. There was a chance of inflicting Stun.]
[Final Elysion: [Gallantmon] fired holy light from Holy Shield Aegis that purified all things. Sinners would completely dissolve beneath this holy light.]

[Gallantmon] was not a Magic Spirit specialized in defense. Even when wielding the holy shield, it could only gain a fifty-percent boost to its Defense. However, it could summon holy light and possessed incredible purifying power.
As an advanced version of a shield bash, [Royal Saber] was also quite useful. Wielding both holy lance and holy shield, [Gallantmon] was the very model of balanced offense and defense.
Its final Ultimate Move was [Dragon Driver].
[Dragon Driver: [Gallantmon] possessed the ability to command dragons and could summon Zero Arms Grani at any time.]
[Grani] originated from Grani, the mount of the knight Sigurd in Norse mythology. In the Digital World's setting, it had originally been an Ark—a means of transport created by humans to bring tamers who had entered the Digital World back to the real world. It had later remained in the Digital World due to insufficient energy, then been modified into [Gallantmon]'s flying vehicle.
