Dark's idea could only be described as extraordinarily bold.
If it were anyone else, even knowing full well that another Moon Goddess statue was hidden within the secret passage, it would have been difficult for them to entertain such a blasphemous thought.
But Dark had no such reservations. His only concern was whether this Armed Transmutation would succeed, and how good the final result would be.
After all, what he was about to use was the "Moon Goddess's remnant soul," not the "souls of the Ten Fighters."
If it had been the "souls of the Ten Fighters," then given his usual inclinations when transmuting Magitech Cards, he felt that he would most likely have been able to directly target the "Fighter's Soul."
But with this "Moon Goddess's remnant soul," it was difficult to say.
Still, that very uncertainty of magitech transmutation was also one of the sources of surprise.
After taking out the Living Metal, Dark removed the carving tools he had prepared in advance, along with a bottle of setting Magic Potion specially formulated for this purpose, one by one from his backpack.
Living Metal did not have a hard outer shell like ordinary metal. Its surface was relatively soft, and even a little force could deform it. But when left alone, it would slowly return to its original shape, much like a kind of "memory metal."
By using the specialized setting Magic Potion, he could set it in place after changing its shape with tools.
If an
operational error occurred, he could use another bottle of Magic Potion to neutralize the effects of the setting Magic Potion and restore the Living Metal's elasticity.
With these two Magic Potions as support, carving the Living Metal became extremely convenient.
Once Dark had finished preparing, he began carving it himself.
