Fortunately, the beginner-level Soul-Lost Curse had finally made a breakthrough. Otherwise, he would have had to seek an increase in the Great Sins instead.

About a minute later, he raised his Magic Pen and pointed it at DemiDevimon's brow. "Soul-Lost Curse!"
A beam of light shot out in an instant.
After being struck, DemiDevimon's expression became slightly dazed, but it remained standing perfectly fine.
Dark observed it carefully and pondered, "It seems the beginner-level Soul-Lost Curse is indeed much more effective than the entry-level version. Even after Professor Harvey's improvements, it still inevitably causes slight absentmindedness.
