Inside the residence of the Four Divine Beasts Clan, within the elder's quarters on the third floor, Emmanuel was in a rather good mood, the gloom that had weighed on him for the past few days having been swept away.

The arrival of Alfred had brought him an unexpected joy; with the remnant Sovereign's Might he now possessed, he no longer needed to use his own Sovereign's Might as payment to hire Copperfield, and in particular, the fact that Alfred also possessed a heaven-and-earth treasure was an added bonus.

The body of the dragon architecture was carved with cyan dragon scales, the entire passage radiating a cyan glow, and as one proceeded along the dragon path, one could see a cluster of exquisite mansions.

All around, patrolling clansmen warriors could be seen from time to time, and whenever they looked toward the central area, they would reveal a hint of envy and worship, simply because this was the exclusive residence of the elders of the Four Divine Beasts Clan, the most magnificent and core area representing the highest honor, aside from the ancestors and the clan leaders.

The elders of the Four Divine Beasts Clan were allocated areas by the clan that matched their status and position; although elders could choose to live in their own branch, most elders brought their families into the elder area.

In the elder area of the Azure Dragon Clan, a magnificent palace of over five stories stood tall; from a distance, only the Azure Dragon Palace at the very top, which belonged to the Sovereign, could surpass it.

At this moment, on the fifth floor of the palace, a brown-haired, middle-aged man in a red robe was sitting on a bed with his eyes closed, resting. The middle-aged man had a cold expression, his eyebrows arched, his short, refined hair like steel needles, and a khaki-colored halo covered his body.

The Four Divine Beasts Clan was a massive family with a population of over one hundred million born in the Heavenly Sacrifice Mountain Range, backed by the four great Sovereigns, with influence spread across the divine planes; in the Heavenly Sacrifice Mountain Range alone, there were more than ten Asura-level powerhouses, making them an absolute behemoth in Hell, which officially only had one hundred and eight Asuras.

These powerhouses were naturally not all members of the Four Divine Beasts Clan; even though the bloodline of a super divine beast was powerful, it would become much thinner as it was passed down through generations.
