As their numbers dwindled, Fuerhan and his father finally had nowhere left to hide. Gaia shouted and, struggling against the force of restraint, stepped in front of Fuerhan, the blond man, and Emmanuel, the bald man. She let the rain of light strike her body, protecting the two behind her.

The next moment, the two gritted their teeth and attacked together. A hundred-meter-tall red phantom and a jade-green beam surged toward Ren at the same time, followed by a barrage of material and soul attacks.
Ren merely glanced at them. The long sword in his hand hummed, then swept through a semicircular arc. An unremarkable cyan ripple shot forward.
Where the cyan ripple passed, space split open like the surface of water. The fiery blades of light and the jade-green beam were cut apart the moment they collided with it, then vanished into nothingness.
"Hold it back!"
Hansen tensed every muscle in his body and held his Sovereign Artifact in front of his chest, bracing himself against the unavoidable ripple. The moment it touched him, his body shattered into pieces, and his aura vanished completely.

Partridge had just flown a thousand miles when a phantom appeared in his eyes. He only came to his senses when the sword phantom pierced his body. Then his eyes went dull, and his body plummeted toward the ground.
And so, all four honorary elders of the Four Divine Beasts Clan, the Asuras of Hell, had fallen!
