Background / History

Nanmen Yun'er was traveling alone to handle funeral arrangements for an elder in her family when she encountered a group of Evil Soul Masters on the route through Great Rock Forest. Though she used her Emerald Green Bird martial soul to flee, the group blocked her escape routes, exhausted her soul power, and seriously injured her arm, shoulder, and ankle. 22

As the Evil Soul Masters prepared to kill her, Ning Feng intervened in his Three Heads and Six Arms form. Vina and Mu Xue brought Yun'er out of the fighting area while Ning Feng eliminated the attackers. Vina later treated Yun'er's injuries with Snow Lotus Healing. 22 23 24

Yun'er attempted to learn the trio's identities and thank them properly, identifying herself as a Shrek Academy freshman. Vina politely declined to reveal their affiliation due to the group's mission secrecy. 24

After returning to Shrek Academy, Yun'er recounted the attack and rescue to her close friends Ning Tian and Wu Feng. Her testimony also drew Elder Xuan's attention, prompting him to seek the unidentified Three Heads and Six Arms soul master for possible recruitment into Shrek. 25 26
