After a full day of fierce competition, the Eileen Cup's final eight contestants had finally all been decided.
Jiang Han, Dinesha, Ji Haijun, Maria, Carula, Mixue Delia, Alice Vanderk, and Flandemira.
It was an utterly terrifying top-eight pool.
Only after seeing the list did the Witches realize just how absurdly overpowered Greedy Umbrella's lineup was.
Maria, Carula, and Flandemira were all Witches from Greedy Umbrella. Counting Euclia and Wei Changqing, five of the eight, in theory, came from Greedy Umbrella. Meanwhile, despite this late-stage version being an incredibly perfect fit for them, Shadow Dragon Club still had only Alice Vanderk make it in; theoretically, among the War Demons ranked between T1 and T0 in the current version, only Dinesha had entered as well.
Majestic Cliff Club, hailed as the second dynasty club after Greedy Umbrella, had only Mixue Delia among the eight.
Incidentally, Mixue Delia was a Witch who seemed utterly adorable yet wild at the same time. She stood nearly two meters tall, with enormous dog ears and a fluffy dog tail. Majestic Cliff, a club that took in wolf-type Witches, had accepted Mixue Delia, this big dog, because her close-quarters combat ability was unquestionably the best in the world.
Put it this way: even Olivia would suffer badly if she tried to fight this big dog in close combat.
Though that might have been an elemental counter.
But clearly, Cat Lamps weren't afraid of canines. There were even Cat Lamps known as dog-training cats. Cat Lamps got along well with small animals and had excellent relations with large creatures too. Except dragons... there was no helping that. The services dragons could provide overlapped a little too much with those of Cat Lamps. Thankfully, cats weren't so high and mighty that they refused to do certain jobs.
