Venerable Golden Axe had never seen Little Wolf before. Thinking he was some reckless Chaos Beast trying to ambush Xue Xi, he was about to slap him to death when Xue Xi hurriedly called out, "Lord Golden Axe, spare the wolf!"
The invisible palm print stopped just three inches above Little Wolf's head. Having narrowly escaped disaster again, Little Wolf stumbled on his paws and darted into Xue Xi's arms, whimpering and sobbing. A wolf's life is so bitter!
Venerable Golden Axe quickly put his hand behind his back and glanced around. Luckily, Xue Xi had been quick enough to take the ring from Little Wolf's mouth beforehand. Otherwise, he probably would've been ripped open.
Once she had comforted Little Wolf, Xue Xi took out some Domain Lord Level Chaos True Spirits he had collected from the ring. Then she took 500 World Lord Level Chaos True Spirits each from Ai Chen and Xu Xin. That made exactly 1,000 for each of them: the two women and the wolf.
Golden Axe watched quietly as Xue Xi went about it, understanding that she meant to raise her mount. It was somewhat of a waste of resources in a universe dominated by spaceships, but it didn't matter. Compared to Xue Xi's contributions, these things were so cheap as to be insignificant.
