Danheng’s trip to retrieve Immortal Herbs became entangled with Tang Hao’s clash against Spirit Hall and Little Wu’s capture. After Guimei’s martial soul evolved, Di Tian confronted the Spirit Hall elders, and Danheng left them to fight over Little Wu.

• Danheng gained unrestricted access to Spirit Hall’s Library Pavilion and agreed to help Bibi Dong and Qian Daoliu obtain Immortal Herbs, while Qian Daoliu yielded the Aromatic Silk Beauty for Qian Renxue.
• Zhu Zhuqing obtained her fourth Soul Ring in Sunset Forest, and Flender’s group discovered Dugu Bo’s illusion formation while searching for a treasure Tang San sensed.
• Tang Hao confronted Dugu Bo over Yu Xiaogang’s injury, then fought Subduing Demon Douluo and Yue Guan as Guimei captured Tang San and Little Wu.
• Spirit Hall released Tang San to Tang Hao but kept Little Wu, and Danheng’s uncontrolled aura later injured Yue Guan and Subduing Demon Douluo before Dugu Bo brought Little Wu back.
• Danheng explained to Little Wu how Tang San and Tang Hao’s actions had led Spirit Hall to find her, then asked Dugu Bo to remove the poison that sealed her Soul Power.
• Subduing Demon Douluo delivered the Eight-Petal Immortal Orchid to Qian Renxue, while Tang San began planning to grow stronger and make more powerful Hidden Weapons.
• Guimei absorbed the Ghost Eye Underworld Soul Flower, evolved his martial soul into the Demon Eye Ghost King, and agreed to help Yue Guan with the Lovesick Heartbreak Red.

Danheng entered Slaughter City, freed Tang Chen from the Crimson Nine-Headed Bat King, and helped him complete the Infernal Path and return to the Clear Sky Sect. After Tang Chen confronted the sect elders over their decline and their treatment of Tang Hao, Danheng left with Tang Yuehua to return to Heaven Dou City.

• Danheng entered Slaughter City, confronted its ruler, and discovered that the Slaughter King was Tang Chen controlled by the Crimson Nine-Headed Bat King.
• Danheng pulled the Crimson Nine-Headed Bat King from Tang Chen, who recounted his history and learned from Danheng about his son Tang Wei, Tang Hao, and Spirit Hall’s actions.
• Danheng persuaded Tang Chen to keep the bat alive until it helped them open the Infernal Path, then accompanied him through the path and past its deadly creatures.
• Tang Chen completed the eighth Asura God trial, survived the divine power’s transformation, and traveled with Danheng to the Clear Sky Sect.
• Tang Chen reunited with Tang Xiao and demanded an account of the sect’s decline, while Danheng met Tang Yuehua and discussed Tang Hao’s whereabouts with Tang Xiao.

Danheng advised Qian Renxue about her plan, crossed into the Star Luo Empire, and confronted powerful figures while traveling to meet Lou Gao. Meanwhile, Ning Rongrong left Shrek Academy after a dispute, and her family forced Yu Xiaogang to apologize.

• Danheng met Qian Renxue at Moonlight Pavilion, revealed that he knew her identity, and urged her to abandon her takeover plan in favor of cultivating into the Angel God.
• Danheng crossed the Star Dou Great Forest, defeated the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger, and let it go after it revealed the limits of its Arena of Life and Death.
• Danheng found a Mountain Spirit Water Lotus and sparred with Yang Wudi, then left the exhausted clan head beside the flower.
• Ning Rongrong left Shrek Academy after clashing with Tang San and Yu Xiaogang, and Chenxin made Yu Xiaogang apologize before she departed with Ning Fengzhi and Gu Rong.
• Danheng entered Star Luo City with Yang Wudi’s help, presented the Pope’s token at Spirit Hall, and left for Gengxin City despite Dai Weisi’s attempt to confront him.
• Tang San absorbed a three-thousand-year Crimsonbeard Rock Vine Soul Ring, reached level forty-one, and set out for Heaven Dou City with Tang Hao.
• In Gengxin City, Danheng exposed a hawker’s false claim about a spear’s Dragon Qi, then met Lou Gao, whose attempt to lift Cloud Piercer ended in a faint.
• Danheng learned that a swindler had framed Si Cheng and secretly marked him, then returned with Si Long to Lou Gao’s room when Lou Gao failed to answer the door.

Danheng pursued Si Mu, while Tang San’s family and the tournament’s aftermath reshaped events across the continent. Danheng crossed the sea, confronted the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King and Poseidon, and reached Sea God Island as his train carriage neared completion.

• Danheng uncovered evidence that Si Mu had framed Si Cheng, then left Gengxin City to follow Si Mu toward Earth Dragon Mountain City and Zhenchi City.
• Tang Hao healed Tang San with Ah Yin’s hundred-thousand-year Soul Bone, while Ah Yin left for the Star Dou Great Forest and Tang Hao set out to find the Blue Silver King.
• Spirit Hall Academy won the tournament, Tang San and Shrek Academy were eliminated, and Xue Qinghe became emperor of the Heaven Dou Empire.
• Danheng traveled toward Vast Sea City, received the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud from Guimei, and destroyed it after rejecting the Sea God’s threats.
• Danheng boarded Gao Qiang’s Prosperous Vessel, and the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King attacked the ship before Danheng restrained the whale and forced Poseidon’s phantom to intervene.
