Final Thoughts

Ahem, let me say a few simple words here.

Strictly speaking, this was the first Douluo book I started. I had written another one before, around fifty thousand words, but it never got signed, though I did finish writing it. This book was put on the shelves on June 19, 2023, and now it ended on September 25, 2024, taking a year and three months.

Honestly, I could have kept writing, but there was no need, hahaha. After all, I had more or less written what needed to be written, and it was already long enough. People often said I was padding things out, so I'll apologize for that, hahaha.

I don't know how many people made it to the end. After all, this book had quite a few painful points, both at the beginning and in the middle. It really wasn't easy for you all to stick with it until the end, and I'm truly grateful to you, brothers.

This was also my first completed novel to reach over a million words. Although it was fanfiction, it still gave me a bit of a sense of accomplishment.

If I get the chance, I actually want to write a Douluo II journal-style story. Quite a few people in the group want to see that too. Once I have time to catch up on Douluo II's plot, I'll definitely start one!

There are actually very few Douluo II journal-style stories. At the moment, there seems to be only one. Honestly, I'm a little tempted, but unfortunately, the original Douluo II novel is just too long. I simply can't finish reading it. If I want to start one, it'll probably have to wait until next year. I hope you'll still support me then!
