Chen Changsheng challenged the Buddhist Sage and prepared to face those pursuing immortality while the Five Spirits mission drew cultivators into the Cosmic Black Hole. As the Virtual World’s livestreams and business grew, its users faced lethal trials and Chen Changsheng pursued a route that might preserve his path to longevity.

• The Buddhist Sage explained the conflict between Dream and the Master of the Netherworld Forest, and Chen Changsheng challenged him before Yun Ya Zi wounded him and renewed Bai Zhi’s resolve.
• Chen Changsheng declared that he would stop anyone pursuing immortality at any cost, then used Metal Puppets to drive Yin Jie from the Cosmic Black Hole’s core.
• Chen Changsheng and Bai Ze reconciled as Hua Feng and Shui Yue defeated challengers, while other cultivators entered the Cosmic Black Hole and learned its dangers.

• Feng Zhi learned how to disrupt Memory Metal, rescued trapped cultivators, and joined the others as the puppet assault drove them toward the array cores.
• Mo Bai activated an Array Core, reached Nine-Headed Xiang Liu, and received the Shattered Moon sword and a powerful bow before using a Light Arrow to break the black hole’s restrictions.
• Chen Changsheng assessed the contenders and reassured the mission’s struggling survivors, urging Long Aotian to start over, Feng Zhi to reclaim Ask the Heavens, and Li Changsheng to become the Pill Epoch’s Imperial Tutor.
