VIP Exam Ends (Part 2)

Ryuen looked at them coldly and remained silent for a long time. The atmosphere in the room was so oppressive it was hard to breathe.

Zhen Guo and the other two watched Ryuen, having staked everything on him.

Ryuen finally spoke, his voice tinged with mockery:

"Four million Private Points is no small sum. You'll have to sign an agreement with me in exchange."

"From now on, you'll hand over all your monthly allowances to me until the four of you have paid me back."

Manabe and the others nodded hurriedly in gratitude, as if a great weight had been lifted from their shoulders.

Yamashita and Yabu Cai stopped crying, and Yabu Cai stood up and bowed repeatedly in apology.

Ryuen told Albert to call Ishizaki Daichi over and bring paper, a pen, and an ink pad.

He also told him to call Rika over.

The group awkwardly waited together in a meeting room.

Before long, Ishizaki arrived with everything.

Ishizaki looked at the three of them in confusion.

The three stared back at him, their faces ashen.

Ryuen picked up the paper and pen and quickly wrote up an agreement.

"From now on, you'll voluntarily hand over all your Private Points each month to Party A."

"You must follow Party A's arrangements for all exams."

"When the points the four of you have repaid are worth five million Private Points, the agreement will be introduced."

Ryuen gestured for the three of them to come and review the agreement.

Zhen Guo frowned as she read it.

"Ryuen, why has it become five million? It was supposed to be only four million."

Ryuen's eyes swept coldly toward Manabe, and the corner of his mouth curled into a sneer.

"What, you think you're in a position to bargain with me? That extra million is interest for the trouble you caused."

Manabe looked unwilling, but under Ryuen's pressure, she ultimately didn't dare say another word. She merely clenched her fists, her body trembling slightly.

Yamashita and Yabu Cai also looked frightened. They didn't dare breathe too loudly; they knew Ryuen was the only one who could help them now.

Seeing that no one else dared object, Ryuen handed the agreement to Manabe.

"Sign it and leave your fingerprints."

Manabe gritted her teeth and hesitated for a moment, but eventually took the pen and signed her name. Yamashita and Yabu Cai followed suit. After the three of them left their fingerprints, the atmosphere in the room grew even heavier.

Ishizaki Daichi watched everything from the side. Though he was full of questions, he wisely didn't ask any.

Rika soon arrived as well.

Seeing Zhen Guo and the others, Rika more or less guessed what had happened.

Ryuen gestured for Rika to look over the agreement.

Rika clutched the agreement unwillingly, but in the end she signed her name and left her fingerprint.

Rika glared at Zhen Guo and the others.

Seeing this, Ryuen dismissed them.

They went outside.

Zhen Guo and the others had no idea where to go.

Rika grabbed Zhen Guo around the neck from behind.

"Pay back that five million Private Points as soon as you can."

"Otherwise, I'll make sure you regret it."

Yamashita and Yabu Cai glanced over, but couldn't be bothered to intervene. They stood off to the side and watched coldly.

Zhen Guo could barely breathe. She slapped at Rika's hand and pleaded anxiously.

"Got it! Let go!"

Rika then left.

Yamashita and Yabu Cai gave Zhen Guo a cold glance and left without saying anything.

Zhen Guo collapsed to the ground in despair, unable to come to her senses for a long time.

Back in the meeting room.

Albert said, "Ryuen, all the other planetary groups have finished."

"Only the Mercury Group is left."

Ryuen flew into a rage.

"What! How did this happen?"

"Could it be? Yi Chen asked them for four million, and the group has basically finished already!"

"Angela, Yi Chen—it's you again!"

Yi Chen returned to his room and looked at the message from the school on his phone.

Kanji Ike: Yi Chen, you're awesome! I knew you were the reliable one. Venus has already answered correctly, and it's over.

Hirata said:

"Thank you, Yi Chen. The Uranus Group is finished, and we got the answer right. I'll make sure the whole class knows you were the one who figured it out."

Yukimura said:

"Yi Chen, the Earth Group is finished. It really was Kito Hayato from Class A."

"Thanks~"

Yi Chen felt relieved as he read the messages and sent Ichinose an update on the situation.

Ichinose replied:

"OK"

Yi Chen sent Karuizawa a message.

"I asked them for four million Private Points. They should pay up, and they shouldn't come after you again."

Karuizawa didn't reply.

Yi Chen went back to his room to rest and calculated his current gains.

Class A had gained two VIPs, adding one million Private Points and 100 Class Points.

Class C had gained two VIPs, adding one million Private Points and 100 Class Points.

Class D answered the questions about two Class C VIPs, losing 100 Class Points.

They had gained a total of 100 Class Points and two million Private Points so far.

With the Uninhabited Island Exam included, their class score had reached 410.

Class C had currently gained 50 Class Points and 1.5 million Private Points from this exam.

Class C had reached 540 points.

They were now only about 130 points away from rising to Class C.

That night, the Cruise Ship erupted with excitement as everyone talked about the exam involving the seven planetary groups.

With only the Mercury Group's VIP Exam remaining, every class began holding meetings.

Students from each class gathered in their respective meeting rooms without exception.

Yi Chen, meanwhile, lay in his room and began to rest.

The meeting rooms were tense and lively.

The students in Class A sat together, every one of them looking confident and arrogant.

Ryuen's face was dark. Yi Chen had thrown his plans into disarray, and rage burned in his heart.

"Yi Chen, you're always ruining my plans! We absolutely can't afford to make another mistake in the Mercury Group exam."

He slammed his fist hard against the table. The students around him were too frightened to make a sound.

Shiina Hiyori calmly analyzed the situation.

Every class wanted the Mercury Group's Private Points.

In any case, the other groups had already finished. It wasn't worth it to fight over 500,000 Private Points and 50 Class Points.

The meeting room for Class D, on the other hand, was bustling.

Hirata told everyone that his group had answered correctly with Yi Chen's help, and everyone was incredibly excited.
