Blood Cup Cult Investigation
Emma begins as a new Bureau agent investigating Birmingham’s string of Blood Thirster murders. She documents the scene of a family’s murder and uses phantom reconstruction to provide evidence for Veronica’s assessment that the Blood Cup Cult is active in the city. 6
After Hohenheim’s hospitalization, Emma explains the Scarlet Temptation infection, the Blood Thirst Phase, and the efforts to dismantle the Hound Bar infection hub. She also delivers Jim Belloc’s bounty to Hohenheim. 20 21
