Long Zhanye rescued his mother, returned to the Body Sect, and became its next sect master while continuing to pursue the Evil Soul Masters. After marrying Ye Guyi, he followed a vision to Rising Sun City, where Huo Yuhao and his companions had arrived in disguise.

• Long Zhanye accepted sacred energy from Tang San, then left the trial with Ye Guyi and faced Shrek Academy before the Holy Spirit Cult intervened and took him to Zhongli Wu.
• Long Zhanye offered Zhongli Wu captured Shrek students, then found his mother among the Cult’s Evil Soul Masters and took her with him.
• Long Zhanye lured Zhongli Wu into Slaughter City, where Zhongli Wu fought the King of Slaughter and lost the Dragon Pill, while Long Zhanye escaped toward the Body Sect.
• Huo Yuhao secluded himself beneath the Tang Sect to cultivate, while Xu Tianran ascended the Sun Moon Empire’s throne and the other kingdoms prepared for war.
• Long Zhanye returned to the Body Sect, proposed a Soul Tool research organization, and used sacred energy from Tang San to begin restoring his mother.

Huo Yuhao and Wang Qiu’er fought their way out of Rising Sun City’s trap, but Wang Qiu’er sacrificed herself to save him, binding her fate to Huo Yuhao and Long Zhanye. As the Star Dou Great Forest mourned its lost Auspicious Beast, Huo Yuhao and Long Zhanye faced a powerful Holy Spirit Cult offering.

• Xuan Zi and seven Super Douluo destroyed Sun Moon Empire surveillance devices and wrecked a military base, prompting Xu Tianran and Juzi to consider how to respond.
• Huo Yuhao’s group attacked Rising Sun City, where escaped prisoners fled amid explosions and fixed cannon strikes, then Huo Yuhao was trapped with Nan Shui-shui and Nan Qiuqiu by the Third Elder and Fourth Elder.
• Wang Qiu’er arrived and joined Huo Yuhao in a Martial Soul fusion, but the elders and Wu Yu pressed their attack as Huo Yuhao burned his Sea of Consciousness and unleashed the Haodong Three Ultimates.
• Huo Yuhao’s final strikes destroyed Wu Yu’s Vengeance Soul and swept him, Wang Qiu’er, Nan Shui-shui, and Nan Qiuqiu away, and he confessed his love to Wang Qiu’er, who revealed she was the Three-Eyed Golden Lion.
• Long Zhanye attacked Wang Qiu’er, but she sacrificed herself to restore Huo Yuhao, giving him her life force and soul ring while her spirit and soul entered Long Zhanye, and the Power of Fate divided between the two men.

Long Zhanye turned the Body Sect against aiding Shrek while the Star Dou Great Forest launched a Beast Tide over the Three-Eyed Golden Lion’s death. Mu En helped Xuan Zi confront Di Tian, but their clash left Shrek City exposed as its defenders prepared for another assault.

• Huo Yuhao and Magic Brush Douluo fought Long Zhanye, but Long Zhanye defeated them, killed Magic Brush Douluo, and set out to exploit the spirit beasts’ expected revenge for Wang Qiu'er’s death.
• Long Zhanye reached rank eighty-two after his God-Bestowed Soul Ring transformed, while Huo Yuhao headed to the Evil Demon Forest to seek his seventh Soul Ring.
• Beibei, Xuan Zi, Shi Xing, and Shrek’s defenders prepared for a Beast Tide as tens of thousands of Soul Beasts advanced on Shrek City.
• Xuan Zi confronted Di Tian, who demanded Huo Yuhao for his role in the Three-Eyed Golden Lion’s Sacrifice, and then ordered the Soul Beasts to attack when Xuan Zi refused.
• Shrek’s defenders used Godly Zhuge Crossbow Cannons to devastate the Beast Tide, but Bi Ji joined the battle and healed the wounded Soul Beasts while resisting Elder Song.
• Long Zhanye persuaded Du Busi to keep the Body Sect from aiding Shrek, then awakened both martial souls to Gold-Level and dispatched elders to block reinforcements from other empires.
• Mu En rescued Xuan Zi and fused his power with Xuan Zi’s Martial Soul, helping him become Taotie and fight Di Tian while the Golden Tree shielded Shrek City.

Long Zhanye killed Shi Xing during the Beast Tide, then pursued Huo Yuhao into the Undead Semi-Plane and became trapped there with Ye Guyi. After years of cultivating, raising a family, and finding a way out, Long Zhanye reached Huo Yuhao as Long Xiaoyao held him near death, and accepted a contest to win the right to take him and the Dragon Pill.

• Long Zhanye attacked Shrek City, killed Shi Xing, and looted Xuan Ziwen before pursuing Huo Yuhao through the Undead Gates into the sealed semi-plane.
• Long Zhanye and Ye Guyi searched for an exit without success, then cultivated in the barren realm while Huo Yuhao ended the Beast Tide and began the Spirit Soul experiment.
• Long Zhanye raised his Soul Power with medicine, gave Ye Guyi a Hundred Thousand Year soul bone, and learned they were expecting twins.
• Long Zhanye formed his Heart Soul Core, used his connection to Huo Yuhao to observe the outside world, and spent years learning Huo Yuhao’s secrets.
