Every blade of the aged Blue Silver King's grass trembled faintly.
"Honored King, now... we can begin."
Tang San was slightly startled.
"Now?"
"Now!" The Blue Silver King's voice was resolute. "King, although the Blue Silver Emperor bloodline within you has been dormant, it has long been calling to us."
"The moment you stood here, your awakening became irreversible. All you need to do is... accept it."
Tang San looked at Tang Hao.
Tang Hao stood not far away and gave a slight nod.
Tang San turned back and took a deep breath.
"Alright."
The Blue Silver King's aged face gently closed and merged back into the enormous grass blade.
Yet the entire Blue Silver King began to glow with a gentle, ocean-deep blue radiance.
"Please stand before this old one, King."
Tang San stepped forward.
The Blue Silver King's light grew increasingly brilliant.
The grass blades hanging from its main stalk slowly rose, and a tiny blue speck of light condensed at the tip of every blade.
The specks of light rose into the air and drifted through the surrounding space.
Immediately afterward, all the Blue Silver Grass in the forest began to respond—from the thickest stalks to the tiniest shoots, every plant was glowing.
Endless blue specks of light gathered from all directions.
They drifted over treetops, passed through the undergrowth, and surged toward Tang San.
Every speck that landed on Tang San silently sank into his skin.
Something within Tang San's body was awakened.
A warm force surged from his heart and flowed through his blood vessels to every limb and bone.
Blue patterns began to emerge across Tang San's skin, spreading from his chest to his neck, then from his neck to his cheeks.
They gave off a faint blue glow, as though they were breathing.
