Tang San possesses memories and techniques from another world. The Light Screen confirms that he is a soul possessor rather than a reincarnated native: the original infant Tang San is stated to have died, after which Tang San's soul occupied the body. Tang San nevertheless insists that his body and flesh are of the Douluo Continent and that Tang Hao is his father. 26
