| High-stage Rank 5 | 201 | Reached this level through repeated Earth Cave missions, intensive Energy Stone cultivation, and combat alongside Lu Hao and Wang Jinyang. |
| Rank 6 | 239 | Successfully opened the Three-Focus Gate; initially lost to Wang Jinyang in under one hundred moves, then improved through near-daily sparring. |

| Golden Body refinement — at least Fifth Forging | 564 | Rapidly advanced from the second forging through repeated absorption; the account describes both a sixth refinement and a leap equivalent to the peak of Rank 8 before Fang Ping stops him from overabsorbing. |
Background
Qin Fengqing came from an ordinary, humble family. His father, Qin Nansheng, had hoped only that his wife and son could live peacefully; after his father's death, Qin nevertheless enrolled at Magic Martial University and repeatedly chose the most dangerous path available to him. 258 508
He began entering the Earth Cave at Rank 2, exploring locations even Rank 4 and Rank 5 martial artists avoided. His early rewards were modest, but the experience made him unusually knowledgeable about Earth Cave routes, settlements, and opportunities. 161 258
By the time Lu Hao arrived at Magic Martial, Qin was already a Rank 3 student. Drawn by Lu Hao's reputation, he introduced him to the university and sought to include him in future Earth Cave expeditions. Qin soon formed a close three-man team with Lu Hao and Wang Jinyang. 46 47 59 60
The old principal of Magic Martial University was the person closest to Qin at the school, effectively family. When the old principal and other Grandmasters sacrificed themselves during the Abyss war, Qin's grief erupted into a reckless killing frenzy against enemy Rank 4 and Rank 5 martial artists. His later cultivation was driven in part by a desire to fulfill the old principal's goal of having one university suppress one Earth Cave. 164 175 181
Personality
Qin is conspicuously greedy for credits, Energy Stones, divine weapons, and profitable opportunities. He frequently calculates loot immediately, pursues risky bets, and will shamelessly ask for compensation or resources. His greed is usually tied to cultivation rather than luxury; when money cannot accelerate his gate sealing or Mental Power growth, he loses interest in it. 69 118 249 493
He is bold, reckless, and exceptionally willing to hurt himself for progress. Since Rank 4, he has used exploding Energy Stones inside his body to temper himself, and later attempted to adapt the same principle to gate sealing. 127 326
Beneath his boastful and comedic behavior, Qin is pragmatic about death and fiercely loyal to the few companions he trusts. His blunt advice to Fang Ping reflects the losses he has endured, while his reaction to the old principal's death reveals how deeply he still feels them. 172 175 436
Abilities & Skills
Saber Combat
Qin is a saber specialist whose Mental Power manifestation also takes the form of a saber.
- Uses Tyrant Blade as One, a powerful saber technique capable of clashing directly with Wang Jinyang's Seven Blades as One. 259
- Manifested a saber after sealing his mental gate; he can temporarily fuse it with his Rank 7 divine weapon in battle. 366
- Killed large numbers of Rank 4 and Rank 5 Earth Cave martial artists during repeated expeditions. 217
Invincible Aura
Qin developed an invincible aura through deliberate self-hypnosis rather than through Lu Hao's battlefield record.
- Declared himself invincible and number one among his generation, successfully condensing the aura. 91
- Can rein the aura in after activating it. 91
- His confidence is genuine but often exaggerated for intimidation or self-motivation. 91 170
Earth Cave Survival and Deception
Qin's greatest practical strengths are his Earth Cave knowledge, mobility, and ability to manipulate enemies into making mistakes.
- Entered the Earth Cave from Rank 2 onward and learned numerous dangerous but profitable locations. 46 161
- Lured an entire demonic beast pack into an Earth Cave village, creating the opening for his team to ambush its Rank 4 defender. 69
- Specializes in “strategic retreats,” claiming high-stage Rank 6 opponents cannot catch him. 201
- Used trash talk and a false cry for a “Grandmaster” to make a Rank 6 pursuer hesitate, widening his team's escape distance. 157
- Devised plans to redirect high-rank pursuers toward demonic beasts, though his schemes can endanger his allies as much as his enemies. 277 280
Extreme Energy Stone Cultivation
Qin uses Energy Stones more aggressively than conventional martial artists.
- Tempered his heart by cultivating with Energy Stones despite the extreme pain. 127
- Cultivated by detonating Energy Stones inside his body, accelerating the transformation of his five viscera. 181
- Proposed using internal Energy Stone explosions to accelerate the sealing of his gates. 326
- This method provides rapid growth but repeatedly risks severe injury, loss of control, or death. 123 564
Equipment / Weapons / Items
- A-Grade saber — wielded during his Rank 6 tournament match against Wang Jinyang. 258
- Rank 7 divine weapon — his primary divine weapon; used in conjunction with his manifested saber. 366 493
- Energy Stones — heavily used for cultivation, organ tempering, and his dangerous self-experimentation. 127 181 326
Relationships
- Lu Hao — Closest companion and benefactor. They repeatedly enter the Earth Cave together; Lu Hao provides Qin with resources, protects him during crises, and later offers to help him obtain a pinnacle trump card. 60 175 366 436
- Wang Jinyang — Friend, rival, and frequent sparring partner. Their competition pushed Qin to improve his Vitality-and-Blood control after his Rank 6 breakthrough. 239 248 258
- Fang Ping — Junior, rival, and occasional partner in schemes. Qin mocks Fang Ping's ambitions and progress, but they fight together against high-rank enemies and pursue similar breakthroughs. 217 367 444 506
- The Old Principal — Mentor-like figure and Qin's closest family at Magic Martial University. The old principal's death devastated Qin and became a central motivation for his advancement. 164 175 181
- Qin Nansheng — His father. Qin Nansheng wished for his family to live peacefully, contrasting sharply with Qin's repeated life-risking choices. 508
- Li Changsheng — Senior instructor who regularly reprimands Qin's arrogance and antics, including physically kicking him after his Rank 8 breakthrough. 508
Story Role / Major Arcs
Early Magic Martial and Earth Cave Expeditions
Qin meets Lu Hao as a Rank 3 senior student, introduces him to Magic Martial, and joins Lu Hao and Wang Jinyang for Earth Cave operations. He lures demonic beasts into a village, loots the Rank 5 warrior's residence, and secures Energy Stones, Earth Cave writing, and identification tokens. 46 47 69
Sunflower Tribe Raid
Qin provides intelligence on a demon-beast tribe northeast of Hope City. The trio's raid yields enormous resources, though Qin is severely injured after taking a Rank 6 attack. His contributions earn him a 25% share of the team's spoils. 110 116 118
Abyss War and the Old Principal's Death
During the Abyss conflict, Qin counsels Fang Ping to accept that death is unavoidable in the Earth Cave. After learning of the old principal's sacrifice, he charges alone into the enemy army and fights without defense until Lu Hao and Wang Jinyang guard him through the rampage. 172 175
Rank 6 Rivalry with Wang Jinyang
Qin trains obsessively to reach Rank 6 before his match with Wang Jinyang. After losing their first post-breakthrough spar, he remains at Magic Martial to train against Wang almost daily, eventually becoming capable of trading blows evenly with him. 226 239
Mental Power Manifestation
Unwilling to fall behind Wang Jinyang and Fang Ping, Qin swallows his pride and asks Lu Hao for Mental Power resources in exchange for a joking hundred-year service contract. He successfully manifests a saber atop Magic Martial's School History Museum. 366
Rank 8 Breakthrough
After observing Fang Ping's Golden Body breakthrough, Qin stages his own public advancement and uses indestructible matter obtained from Fang Ping. He directly achieves the second forging of the Golden Body, becoming one of the new generation's young Rank 8 martial artists. 506 508 510
