"Yes, Teacher. This disciple will take his leave." Unity Venerable then departed, leaving Qin Cang alone with Chaos City Lord.
"Young one, you're quite impressive. You've only been cultivating for a few thousand years, yet you've already scaled both the Universe Level and Domain Lord Level Primal Heavenly Mountains. Given time, I doubt even the World Lord Level Primal Heavenly Mountain will stop you." Chaos City Lord had evidently looked over some of Qin Cang's information beforehand.
"This disciple will certainly do his best and strive to reach a level on par with yours, City Lord," Qin Cang replied confidently.
"Hahaha! I haven't heard words this stirring in a long time. I hope you live up to them." Chaos City Lord laughed, clearly not expecting Qin Cang to make such a bold claim. On par with him? There were hardly any in the entire Primal Universe who would dare say that. Of course, Chaos City Lord wouldn't discourage these juniors. He would encourage them instead. Having ambition was a good thing.
"Little one, if Demon Wing hadn't already taken you as his disciple, I might have made you my sixth. It's common for one person to have multiple teachers in the universe, but Demon Wing is different. He holds a very special position in the Human Race. He fought all over the place when our race was first established, and his standing is second only to us Universe Masters and those few Top Universe Overlords with special opportunities.
"Besides, what I could give you wouldn't be much better than what Demon Wing can offer. It's a real shame." Chaos City Lord couldn't help regretting it. If Qin Cang's teacher had been a High Venerable or even an ordinary Universe Overlord, it would have been one thing, but it was Demon Wing, a veteran of the old guard. Even he had once received guidance from Demon Wing Venerable. And judging by how much the latter had invested in his disciple, he clearly favored him immensely. Chaos City Lord couldn't bring himself to steal someone else's disciple.
What was more, Demon Wing Venerable was only missing an opportunity to break through. If he succeeded, then as a Universe Master with a clone, his standing would soar, and he would be far more useful than Universe Masters without clones.

He had seen a few Yan God Clan geniuses before, but their strongest had only reached the level of an Emperor. They weren't worth his attention. Qin Cang was different. He might well become the race's next Top Universe Overlord, and he had three Divine Bodies, two of which could reach a Life Gene Level of several thousand times. The threat he could pose was obvious.
"Yes, City Lord," Qin Cang replied.

As Qin Cang activated the Blood Luo Power within him, his Black Warrior constitution quickly came into play. Before reaching immortality, Blood Luo aura hadn't yet become permanent, and he had to activate it himself for it to manifest. After breaking through to become an Immortal God, however, the Blood Luo Power became permanent, so he could use it without activating it first.
Golden patterns quickly spread across Qin Cang's body, forming a Beast God pattern on his chest. Anyone with enough knowledge would recognize it at a glance: the head of one of the Eight Beast Gods born naturally from the universe, the Gold-Space Beast God.
"So he really is a Black Warrior. How many eras has it been? At last, another Black Warrior has appeared. The heavens favor our Human Race!" Chaos City Lord exclaimed. One could infer the whole from a part; seeing the Black Warrior appear put his mind at ease.

The starry sky within tens of millions of kilometers transformed in an instant, becoming a boundless mountain world. A powerful World Projection pressed down on him, but it couldn't get close to Chaos City Lord.
"Just as I thought. The diameter of your Internal World has actually reached sixty million kilometers. And with the Phantom Color Flowing Light Bead, it seems the race made the right choice this time." Chaos City Lord finally set his mind at ease.
"Take this, young one. You've met our requirements. What happens next must remain secret. This is for your own protection," Chaos City Lord warned.
Hearing him, Qin Cang withdrew his World Projection. Its greatest use was creating a world, and it had many applications. It was limited to those at the World Lord Level; Immortal Gods couldn't do this.
In fact, many small races relied on their World Lords to create worlds with World Force, generation after generation, and merge them together to form places to live. The Lasao Continent where the Golden Horn Race lived had been created this way, as had the homes of many other races.
"Little one, this is the Phantom Color Flowing Light Bead." Chaos City Lord waved his hand, and a perfectly rounded sphere appeared. Its main body was crystal-clear, like a gem condensed from the purest energy in the universe. It had 10,081 facets, each suffused with dazzling, multicolored light, as though containing endless secrets of the laws. The flowing lights interwove and shifted ceaselessly, sometimes gentle as a murmuring stream, sometimes surging like a mighty tide, creating a mysterious and captivating sense of motion.
Around the sphere's exterior was a colorful halo formed from the power of the Ten Great Laws, corresponding respectively to space, metal, wood, water, fire, earth, time, wind, lightning, and light. The halos were vivid and each gave off a distinct aura. The halo of the Law of Space was a deep blue, glimmering with a mysterious light; the halo of the Law of Metal was bright gold, radiating a sharp aura... The ten halos twined and revolved together, forming a perfect ring-shaped barrier around the sphere's main body and giving it an indestructible appearance.
And this was one of the rarest treasures in the universe—the Phantom Color Flowing Light Bead.
"Young one, enter my World Ring first. The Phantom Color Flowing Light Bead works best when absorbed in the Primal Universe, so I'll take you there now," Chaos City Lord said. Normally, the treasure would have been sent directly to the Thousand Treasure River clone to guard, then passed to Qin Cang to absorb.
Unfortunately, the Thousand Treasure River clone had visited a secret realm somewhere in the Universe Ocean a while ago and wouldn't return for several thousand years. It also wasn't possible to entrust the treasure to some Immortal God to deliver. Chaos City Lord still needed to personally verify Qin Cang's situation, and only after confirming it could he give him the treasure to absorb. That made things a little troublesome.
But no matter what, when it came to a future Top Universe Overlord for the race, it was impossible to be too careful. The Human Race was short-handed these days. That secret place in the Universe Ocean concerned the fate of a Peak Supreme Treasure, and anyone below the fourth-tier combat level would almost certainly die there. The Human Race had only a handful of fighters at the fifth tier, so Chaos City Lord had no choice but to take on more work himself.
With Chaos City Lord leading the way, the two arrived in the Primal Universe almost instantly, without alerting anyone.
In a vast, dark void, palace after palace floated in the distance. This was the Thousand Treasure River Territory.
Once they had reached the palace that belonged to him alone, Chaos City Lord let Qin Cang out.
