Background / History
Chihiro is a classmate and close friend of Ichinose Honami. Drawn to Honami’s warmth, she develops feelings for her but grows uneasy as Honami and Kitagawa Kai become closer. Studying with the pair in the library complicates those feelings: Kai’s patience and small gestures of kindness begin to attract her attention too 37 38 74.
Chihiro writes Honami a love letter and confesses to her in person. Honami, afraid of hurting her, presents Kai as her boyfriend; Chihiro is devastated but insists on saying plainly that she loves Honami.
