First, it assessed unaffiliated martial artists—specifically, the rank assessments for Lower Three Grades martial artists.
Second, it managed matters concerning the Ranking List.
Of course, it also sometimes stepped forward to organize events and competitions.
The various martial artist battle teams in different regions were all registered with the Martial Arts Association.
