In this dark place filled with all manner of foul smells and filthy insults, a string of unhurried footsteps rang out.
Pairs of eyes lifted from the shadows and turned toward the sound. Their uniform movements made them look like sharks that had caught the scent of blood.
Once they saw who had come, the Goblin at the front, whose face bore three claw marks, let out a cold laugh. He slowly climbed to his feet, gripping the bars of his cage with both hands as he said sarcastically:
"Funny, I woke up this morning with my eyelid twitching nonstop. Turns out our esteemed clan chief was coming!"
