Cleveland International Airport:
A plane from Miami slowly touched down.
As the cabin doors opened, a group of men averaging over two meters tall stepped off the plane.
They were the Miami Heat players.
They had arrived in Cleveland a day before the game to prepare for their upcoming road matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Every Miami Heat player took this game very seriously.
The reason was that their star, Dwyane Wade, had recently been robbed of an Eastern Conference starting spot.
A series of verbal spats had followed, and even they had been dragged into it.
People were saying things like, "The defending champions can't even make the playoffs." They were furious. "If you want to insult Wade, then insult Wade. What does that have to do with us?"

So the entire Miami Heat team agreed: they would win this game and teach that outspoken rookie, Su Yi, a harsh lesson.
After the whole Miami Heat team got off the plane, they boarded a bus and headed back to their hotel in Cleveland.
Along the way, Miami Heat players kept seeing posters for the upcoming Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Miami Heat game. They spotted one about every five minutes.
Su Yi and Dwyane Wade were front and center.
When LeBron James found out, he was furious. He even went to complain to general manager Chris Grant.
But Chris Grant had the owner's backing now. Why should he be afraid of LeBron James, who had won no personal accolades and led the team to the playoffs only once in three years?
Of course, Chris Grant didn't let things get ugly. He spoke to LeBron James as nicely as he could, while shifting the blame to the owner.
Hearing that, LeBron James had no choice but to back down.
