Countless Tides of Aberrations
From within the black hole, bizarre, twisted, and terrifying creatures crawled out.
The sheer number of them was enough to terrify anyone who beheld them.
With a solemn expression, Bo raised his heavy sword and stood in front of the shaman.
Mike was dumbfounded.
With so many strange phenomena, can the three of them really handle it all?
Bang!
A gunshot rang out.
One of the strange creatures charging ahead got its head blown off.
The Investigation Team arrived fully armed, carrying special firearms.
"Hey! Mike, we're here."
The members of the Investigation Team greeted Mike warmly.
They all greatly admired Mike's courage in daring to storm the enemy's headquarters alone.
"Leave the rest to us!"
Their own teammates are giving it their all; they can't just stand by and do nothing.
Gunfire erupted.
A dense hail of bullets swept towards the strange group.
In an instant, they managed to halt the strange creature's advance.
However, there were too many strange things going on. They covered Mike, fighting and retreating at the same time.
"Mike, let's go back to the safe zone. The captain is waiting for us there."
He waved his hand, Investigation Team split into several small groups: one group was responsible for suppressing the group, one group was responsible for restraining them, and one group was responsible for leading the group of strange creatures to the designated location.
Once they enter the firing range, the heavy cannon will be activated.
The countless drones taking off, carrying special bullets and shells, will be the final link in restraining these strange creatures.
Otherwise, if we send people to restrain these strange creatures, once the heavy artillery is activated, those people sent to restrain them will also be trapped within the range of the heavy artillery's attack and unable to escape.
They would rather spend more money to buy these special weapons than have more people sacrificed.
Bo waved his hand and chopped down several of the strange creatures that had been chasing after him.
Under the shaman's guidance, they led him to a temporarily safe area.
The Investigation Team fought and retreated.
Leading the terrifying, eerie tide, they arrived at the designated location. The group exchanged a hand signal, and soon, the drones they were controlling arrived from behind.
He took over from the others and completed the suppression of the strange group.
Those monsters have no intelligence; they simply attack any living thing in their path without thinking, under manipulation.
Seeing the Investigation Team retreat, they wanted to chase after them and tear into the incredibly delicious flesh, but they were suppressed by the intense firepower of the drones and could not get forward.
All the strange occurrences were now within the strike zone.
The Investigation Team also successfully withdrew under the cover of a swarm of drones.
The heavy cannon was finally activated at the captain's signal.
The massive cannon, weighing over 100 tons, was loaded with special shells and displayed its power for the first time.
A deafening roar, like thunder, erupted as the shells hurtled towards the position in a parabolic trajectory.
They fell straight into the middle of the eerie group.
Boom!
A deafening roar shook the earth, and a large amount of smoke and dust rose upwards, forming a small mushroom shape.
This shell is even more powerful than a missile.
Ritt had been watching the battlefield closely, and after receiving images from the satellite, he could see that the shell had accurately hit the center of the strange group.
And it blew all the strange things to smithereens.
Once all the monsters recovered from their muddy state, their strength had been weakened to the limit, and they were all lying on the ground, unable to move.
After all, although their numbers are terrifying, their level is not high.
If the supernatural beings weren't so difficult to kill, this shot would have reduced them all to ashes.
The power of the shells attracted that the One's attention.
The enormous eyeball rolled, instantly locking its gaze onto the heavy artillery a hundred kilometers away, and also spotting the Investigation Team and others beside it.
They're so far apart.
Ritt felt a chill run through his body, as if some powerful being had scanned him from head to toe.
That intense sense of impending doom made his whole body tense up.
Look at the images coming from the satellite.
The enormous eye was looking in this direction.
Ritt a premonition that the eye had probably already spotted them and was watching them.
No way, that's a distance of 100 kilometers, a full 100,000 meters!
Can it be accurately located even from that distance?
The great distance did not seem to bring them a sense of security.
Ritt's heart began to pound.
I have a feeling something bad is going to happen.
A strong premonition made his eyelids twitch.
Suddenly, Ritt shouted, "Retreat! Everyone evacuate!"
Fortunately, Ritt still held considerable prestige within the Investigation Team, even though his orders were somewhat inexplicable.
However, all the team members obeyed his orders and did not delay for a moment. Soon, everyone left the position as quickly as possible.
As they evacuated, someone glanced at the heavy artillery left behind, puzzled, and asked, "Aren't we taking the heavy artillery with us?"
"Let's go quickly, this is the captain's order. We can go back and get it later. Anyway, the heavy artillery is just there. It's so heavy, does anyone think they can move it?"
The others thought about it and agreed.
This heavy cannon is incredibly heavy; it requires specialized equipment and expertise to disassemble. Otherwise, how could such a massive object possibly be moved?
It's impossible for heavy artillery to be stolen.
However, the two attacks that fell from the sky shattered the heavy cannon into pieces, turning it into a pile of junk.
It also landed on top of the command post next to it, blowing it upside down.
The evacuation was timely; the Investigation Team had just escaped the wide-ranging attack range.
They stared in that direction, dumbfounded.
"Damn it, my heavy artillery!"
"Who? Who did this?"
Everyone wept bitterly.
This is a heavy artillery piece capable of annihilating countless monsters in one strike. It was the most powerful weapon their Investigation Team possessed, and Australia had spent a fortune to acquire it. It had only been in their possession for a short time, and had only fired one shell so far!
This is shown in images captured from satellites.
The one who launched that attack was the very god who had been summoned.
Ritt's face was grim; his hunch was right. Seeing the heavy artillery reduced to a pile of wreckage, he felt a pang of heartache.
In that critical situation, he had no choice but to abandon the heavy artillery and retreat.
Otherwise, all the members of the Investigation Team would probably have died in that attack.
Everyone felt a lingering fear.
"Fortunately, the captain gave the order in time."
"That damn weird thing!"
The strange creature opposite clearly possessed a certain level of intelligence and knew the principle of "capture the leader first," eliminating all beings that could threaten it.
Then, He waved His hand again.
Countless black holes began to appear around Him again.
And amidst the despair of the Investigation Team, countless bizarre creatures began to emerge from those black holes.
"How many more strange things are there, Damn?"
"How come it never ends!"
"Damn it, we've lost our heavy artillery."
