"Sorry, sir, no access!"
Soon.
The Black Suit Elder gave an answer that startled Li Yao and his wife!
"No access? Even I don't have access?!"
Vinnie's eyes widened, nearly shrieking: "I'm the executive director of the HR Alliance in the Hanxia Kingdom!"
"Sorry, madam, you don't have access either!"
!!!
In an instant, the room, once boiling with rage, fell into dead silence.
Vinnie Polaris!
She could be considered the third-in-command of the HR Alliance in the Hanxia Kingdom. If even she had no access, it wasn't hard to imagine the terror behind Jiang Li!
"Yao!"
After a long pause, Vinnie frowned and looked at Li Yao: "If even I have no access, this Jiang Li must be involved with the top brass of the Two Major Martial Arts Halls!"
"So what?!"
"Whoever he is, even if he's the emperor of heaven, he killed my only son—I'll make him pay with his life!"
Li Yao was somewhat frantic, his eyes blazing as if spitting fire: "I'll kill this Jiang Li first, then slowly deal with his family!"
"If the data can't find him, there are other ways!"
Vinnie breathed a sigh of relief inwardly, warning: "Yao, he's a Psychic. Killing him won't be that easy!"
"Is it possible to get some Special Instruments?"
Li Yao also understood that killing a War God-level Psychic was extremely difficult. Even if he could gather six or seven War Gods, it would still be tough!
Because once a Psychic noticed and fled at full speed, ordinary War Gods simply couldn't catch up!
"Special Instruments? You mean to use..."
Vinnie suddenly thought of a superweapon used against King-level Monsters and shook her head: "Absolutely impossible within the Hanxia Kingdom. They have extremely strict control over weapons!"
Li Yao frowned deeply. He knew it was unlikely too.
"In that case, I'll have to ask that person for help!"
Li Yao thought of someone and instructed: "Keep an eye on that Jiang Li's location at all times. Also, help me find some Mercenary Army members, preferably at War God level!"
"Alright!"
Vinnie nodded.
The couple immediately split up to act.
City 003, Main City West District.
This place, once a bustling metropolis, had now become a paradise for countless monsters.
Beneath a dilapidated residential building, massive monster corpses lay scattered in disarray, a thick stench of blood spreading through the air.
"So the domain really is powerful. No wonder Hong, despite being at a lower realm than Thunder God, is stronger than him—this is the power of the domain."
Jiang Li sheathed the Bloodshadow Warblade, his white robes fluttering.
His gaze swept over the hundreds of monster corpses, a hint of realization flickering in his eyes.
Within the domain, it was like another world!
All monsters were bound by the domain's power, their full strength reduced to only seventy or eighty percent.
"With the domain's rules empowering me, my speed and strength have increased by a full twenty percent!"
Jiang Li glanced at the largest monster among the group, the Unicorn Violent Lizard, a smile curling at the corner of his mouth: "And even a mid-level Lord monster, under the suppression of my domain's rules, has its speed and strength sharply reduced, also by about twenty percent!"
"A mid-level Lord monster is equivalent to a mid-level War God in humans. That means any War God within my realm will be suppressed by the 'Dragon God Domain'!"
"Under the domain's suppression, even a mid-level War God Psychic, I can still crush them!"
Jiang Li's eyes pulsed with intense confidence.
Not to mention how terrifying the domain's suppression and weakening were, the boost alone was enough to push Jiang Li's speed and strength to the level of a high-level War God. If he added the amplification of the Diamond Dragon God Body, a single strike could even contend with a high-level War God!
"Looks like I need to find a High Lord to test this out!"
With that thought settled.
'Whoosh!'
Jiang Li leaped into the air, the Blood Shadow War Sword carrying him forward, instantly turning into a white blur as he continued advancing toward the city center.
'Boom!'
Not long after, a series of terrifying sonic booms caught Jiang Li's attention. He turned his gaze and saw, nearly ten kilometers away, a dense residential area erupting with dust and collapsing buildings.
"That's quite a commotion. It should be a War God clashing with a High Lord!"
Jiang Li controlled the Blood Shadow War Sword, tracing a silver arc through the air as he flew toward the battlefield.
"Roar! Roar!"
"Aooooh!"
From within the swirling dust and smoke, maddened roars erupted without pause, as if the world had fallen into chaos...
Outside that spreading haze, monsters howled wildly as they charged into the dust cloud, the ground trembling with each step.
"This is terrifying!"
"So this is a battle at the War God level!"
About five kilometers from the outer edge of the battlefield, in a residential area, an eighteen-year-old youth crouched in a corner of a rooftop, peeking through a telescope at the horrifying fight. He was none other than Luo Feng, determined to brave City 003 alone.
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
Through the thick dust, a vague, massive green shape could be made out—at least five meters tall, its body stretching over ten meters in length. At first glance, it resembled a dragon from Western legends.
Boom!
When it suddenly charged forward.
Luo Feng finally got a clear look: an Iron Armor Dragon covered in deep green scales, its fiery red pupils sending a chill through his heart. Even through the telescope, he trembled inwardly.
This was a High Lord level monster!
"What's that?"
"Could it be a Dragon Egg?"
As the Iron Armor Dragon burst out of its lair, Luo Feng spotted through the telescope a massive green egg, a full meter tall, and his pupils sharply contracted!
The value of a Dragon Egg was incalculable!
In that moment, countless thoughts raced through Luo Feng's mind.
Suddenly.
A streak of white light broke the sound barrier, speeding toward him from afar. Luo Feng spun around, his tense expression shifting to surprise: "Jiang, Jiang-ge?"
"It's me!"
Jiang Li landed gracefully, sheathing his Blood Shadow War Sword with a smile. "This is the city center—you've got some nerve!"
With Luo Feng's current strength as a mid-level War General, being in the heart of City 003 was extremely dangerous.
"Hah!"
Luo Feng let out a light breath. "There are reasons."
"Your little brother's matter?"
Jiang Li understood well—Luo Feng pushed himself so hard partly out of a drive to become strong, and partly for his family.
Luo Feng nodded slightly.
Since they both lived in Mingyue Residential Area, it wasn't strange that Jiang Li knew about his brother.

Chapter 44: The Iron Armor Dragon Egg, and Luo Feng's Bond
Jiang Li glanced toward the distant battle, the dust blocking much of his view, and asked, "Find anything?"
"Jiang-ge, that Iron Armor Dragon just laid a Dragon Egg!"
"I want to try stealing it!"
Luo Feng took a deep breath and said gravely, "I know it's dangerous, but..."
"My little brother's legs are crippled. To get him truly standing from a wheelchair, I need a bottle of 'Water of Life' worth three hundred billion. Even if I hunt monsters like crazy, it'd take years. But if I get this Dragon Egg, all those problems will be solved..."
"Alright!"
Jiang Li thought of the mere 680 million left in his account and smiled. "We'll sell the egg and split it half and half!"
"Jiang-ge, you..."
Hearing this, Luo Feng froze, almost unable to believe his ears.
"You're kind-hearted and generous. Since you call me Jiang-ge, I'll take you as my little brother."
Jiang Li brushed it off with a grin. "You're willing to go this far for your brother—why shouldn't I be?"
During the battle with Kitahara Tsuyoshi, Luo Feng had tried every way to find help for Jiang Li.
Though it hadn't ultimately made a difference, Jiang Li remembered the intent.
And all along the way, Luo Feng had truly seen Jiang Li as an older brother.
