Background / History

Luo Feng trained at the Limit Martial Arts Hall, where he earned the nickname “Crazy” by decisively defeating several wealthy advanced students. At eighteen, he met Jiang Li during the prospective martial artist assessment and immediately recognized Jiang Li’s exceptional ability. Luo Feng himself impressed the assessors with a 1,105 kg punch and strong combat fundamentals, then passed the assessment as one of four successful candidates. 4 6 7

During the practical assessment, Luo Feng chose to hunt alone and returned uninjured with thirty-six monster ears—the highest kill count among the candidates. He later joined the Fire Hammer Squad with Jiang Li, beginning wilderness training under Gao Feng and Chen Gu. 15 18 20

After Zhang Haobai threatened his family and struck his father, Luo Feng confronted Zhang Zehu directly. He initially demanded one billion Hanxia dollars before the settlement was reduced to eighty million, using the incident to defend his family’s dignity and secure needed resources. 18

Luo Feng’s rapid growth revealed him as a Psychic. His ability to levitate on a shield and control weapons allowed the Fire Hammer Squad to recognize him as a rare talent capable of challenging opponents beyond an ordinary martial artist’s level. 25 27

His desire for strength is closely tied to his family, particularly his crippled younger brother. In City 003, Luo Feng sought to steal an Iron Armor Dragon egg because selling it could fund the Water of Life needed to restore his brother’s legs. 46

Appearance

Luo Feng is a tall, handsome young man with a clean-cut face. 4

  • Often carries or trains with bladed weapons, including the Blood Shadow Battle Blade. 19
  • Later fights in battle armor with a dark-gold staff carrying the Yan Shen Weapon. 199
  • His cold, focused demeanor can become especially pronounced after possessing the Golden Horned Beast. 214

Personality

Luo Feng is determined, self-reliant, and fiercely protective of his family. He repeatedly chooses dangerous paths to improve himself, from hunting monsters alone during his assessment to risking City 003 for a chance to help his younger brother. 14 46

Despite his talent, he is not complacent. His loss to Sunflower shattered his belief that he was invincible at the Planetary Level, but Jiang Li’s advice helped him treat defeat as necessary tempering rather than a final setback. 173

He values loyalty and comradeship. Luo Feng fights alongside Thunder God in the Genius Battle, trusts Jiang Li’s guidance without reservation, and regards Jiang Li as both an elder brother and senior. 211 193

Abilities & Skills

Psychic Power

Luo Feng is a Psychic whose telekinesis gives him superior mobility and weapon control.

  • Levitate by standing on a telekinetically controlled shield. 25
  • Control weapons remotely and fight while maintaining distance from melee opponents. 215
  • His psychic strength is especially effective when paired with the Yan Shen Weapon. 211
  • Virtual-universe bodies restrict his psychic reserves; prolonged high-intensity combat can exhaust them despite his Golden Horned Beast core. 215

Yan Shen Weapon

Luo Feng wields the Yan Shen Weapon, a psychic weapon linked to his comprehension of the Law of the Origin of Gold.

  • First level — Uses nine golden phantom swords for offense. 215
  • Heaven-Piercing Style — The weapon’s second level; combines and splits sword forms to launch powerful attacks. 215 234
  • Sword Matrix — A defensive formation that uses his Gold-origin-law comprehension to withstand Rong Jun’s attacks. 216
  • Can divide the Heaven-Piercing Style’s nine swords into eighty-one smaller swords, though controlling all of them strains his psychic power. 234

Golden Horned Beast

Luo Feng possesses the Golden Horned Beast, which greatly strengthens his psychic potential and law comprehension.

  • Its core can provide an effectively inexhaustible supply of psychic power outside virtual-universe restrictions. 215
  • Helped him comprehend the Laws of the Origin of Gold and Space. 199
  • Gives him an intense, baleful presence when he adopts a cold and focused combat mindset. 214

Martial Combat

Before his psychic abilities became public, Luo Feng was already an exceptional close-combat martial artist.

  • Achieved 1,105 kg punch force during the martial artist assessment. 6
  • Defeated three high-level trainees consecutively before becoming a martial artist. 6
  • Killed thirty-six monsters without injury during the practical assessment while deliberately training his blade and movement techniques. 15
  • Developed calmness through repeated life-and-death trials, becoming notably more composed after two years of training. 223
