Deep within the endless chaotic currents stood a palace. It was the residence of Chaos City Lord, the head of the Virtual Universe Company.
"Whoosh!"
Sky Erosion Palace Lord suddenly appeared out of thin air outside the palace entrance.
"Oh? Tian Shi, what brings you here?" A mildly surprised voice came from deep within the chaotic currents.
"I came because of my newly accepted disciple, Feng Hui." Sky Erosion Palace Lord stepped into the palace and walked straight inside.
"I want to secure a chance for my disciple, Feng Hui, to create a clone..."
The ability to create a clone was extremely useful and important in the universe. Having one greatly increased a person's chances of survival and reduced the likelihood of falling.
For example, when venturing into dangerous regions, one could send a clone ahead. Even if the clone fell, it could be restored.
Many of the famous powerhouses in the universe had clones.
But clones were extremely rare. They were an innate secret art bestowed by the Prime Universe.
Apart from beings born with the ability to create clones, other beings who wished to have one had two options: either possess a being with clone talent, or obtain a fortuitous opportunity that granted them the "Clone" innate secret art bestowed by the Prime Universe.
Moreover, anyone who wanted a clone had to create one before breaking through to become an Immortal God. Once they became an Immortal God and possessed a Divine Kingdom, they lost the right to obtain a clone.
The weak had little chance of getting the opportunity to create a clone. By the time they became powerful, they had already lost the chance.
Thus, even among the powerful Universe Venerables, only a tiny fraction had clones.
