That meant that even if Zhang Dong used World God techniques to kill his opponents, there was no chance of exposing himself. Besides, there was no point in going to the Outer Domain Battlefield to bully the weak.
He already had Invincible King-level strength, and after opening his Divine Sea, he would be as powerful as a Venerable.

Reviving a High Venerable or Cosmic Overlord came at a tremendous cost.
All three races had received news that Zhang Dong had returned to Imperial Capital Star. But they could never have guessed that he had already returned to the Initial Universe and was preparing to undergo a Life-and-Death Trial in a Cosmic Secret Realm.
When Zhang Dong stepped into the Initial Universe again, his feelings were entirely different from before.
The sky stretched without end. Clusters of Chaos Qi drifted through the void, and the law threads visible to the naked eye no longer seemed wondrous.
When he had first arrived, the sights had seemed miraculous, but he'd found it difficult to truly understand their mysteries.
Now that he had reached the First-Class Divine Heart realm, the laws of the Initial Universe no longer seemed mysterious. He could even study them from the perspective of their underlying principles.
Space rippled, and the two master and disciple were transported directly to Chaos Ruins.
It was a barren wasteland.

Given Bitter Snow Vine's genes and enormous size, even a normal World Lord at the ninth stage wouldn't have a chance of taking it over.
