Author's Note on Completing the Book

It's been more than half a year since last June, and this book is finally finished. To be honest, I wrote this book simply because I didn't have any novels I liked to read at the time, and I wanted to write about my own vision of Swallowing Starry Sky.

In my opinion, 1.05 million words is just right. After all, it's a fan fiction, so there's no need to go into too much detail. I've already explained everything that needed to be explained. As for the story outside the Infinite Chaos Source Space, that's up to everyone to imagine.

This book has reached an average of 1592 subscriptions so far, which is neither good nor bad, but I'm already quite satisfied, considering that I haven't been updating it frequently enough and haven't received any recommendations.

To be honest, I encountered many difficulties while writing this book. The difficulties in the book were not too bad, but the trivial matters in my life made it impossible for me to concentrate on writing.

The first few months were fine; I had a few chapters saved up that allowed me to keep updating.

However, I ran out of drafts starting in December and had to take leave.

December to February have also been the most mundane months for me in recent years.

My mother-in-law fractured her leg in late December, I was rear-ended by a trailer truck on December 30th, my grandfather passed away in January, my wife underwent IVF embryo transfer in mid-January, and she suffered a miscarriage in March.

All these things happened at once, which made it difficult to concentrate on writing any further.

Fortunately, it's nearing its end, so I'll grit my teeth and finish writing it, which means I've come to a good conclusion.

Of course, I'm not saying this to elicit sympathy, but simply to explain the recent instability in updates.

I would like to thank all my brothers for their companionship along the way. It is because of your support that I have the motivation to keep writing.

As for whether I will write books again in the future, or whether I will write fanfiction about Devouring, I don't know myself. Perhaps we'll meet again someday.
