Tang San revealed his Twin Spirits to his father, Tang Hao, as a child. Tang Hao viewed this rare potential as hope for revenge against Spirit Hall, resumed cultivation, and began teaching Tang San forging. 4

He became Yu Xiaogang's disciple and held his teacher in high regard despite Shrek Academy's low opinion of both him and Yu Xiaogang. Yu Xiaogang defended Tang San when he was framed for a 100,000 Gold Soul Coin usurious loan, deepening Tang San's attachment to him. 13 65
