Ning Chuan’s team won the Spirit Master Competition, after which he settled scores with his enemies and prepared his allies for the road ahead. He entered Slaughter City, where he and Hu Liena advanced toward their final victories in the Hell Slaughter Arena.

• Ning Chuan led the New Royal Fight Team to victory over Spirit Hall Academy and then defeated Shrek Team after Tang San used poisoned fragments of his broken External Soul Bone.
• BiBi Dong disqualified Shrek Team and exposed Tang San’s mother as a Shapeshifting Soul Beast, prompting Tang Hao to appear and fight Spirit Hall before the Asura God carried Tang San away.
• Ning Chuan distributed the tournament’s Soul Bones, killed Durant and two Star Luo Royal Academy teachers, and helped Zhu Zhuqing kill Dai Mubai and evolve her Martial Soul.
• Ning Chuan gathered his companions in Sunset Forest, helped Zhu Zhuqing obtain a new Spirit Ring, and gave Qian Renxue an Immortal Herb that raised her Soul Power to level seventy.
• Ning Chuan received power from A Yin and the Blue Silver Emperor clan, gained a fifty-thousand-year fifth Spirit Ring, and traveled toward Slaughter City while fighting bounty hunters.
• Ning Chuan entered Slaughter City with Hu Liena and began competing in the Hell Slaughter Arena, where his Gold Devouring Insects helped him reach ninety-eight victories over two and a half years.
• At Ning Chuan’s ninety-ninth match, the other competitors killed themselves rather than face his swarm, while Hu Liena, also at ninety-nine victories, remembered that he had once saved her.

Ning Chuan completed the Hell Road, strengthened his abilities, and gathered allies while confronting Tang Hao and joining forces with Qian Renxue. The arc left him and his companions preparing to hunt a powerful spirit beast for Zhu Zhuqing.

• Ning Chuan completed one hundred victories in Slaughter City, passed through the Hell Road with Hu Liena, and awakened a Devouring Domain before returning to Heaven Dou City and reuniting with Qian Renxue.
• Ning Chuan strengthened Qian Renxue’s cultivation, then traveled to Sunset Forest and the Star Dou Great Forest to hunt Man-Faced Demon Spiders and advance his soul skills.
• Ning Chuan defeated the Blood Demon Tiger and won the Four Elements Academy’s allegiance to the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect after overpowering its challengers.
• Ning Chuan spent two years raising his cultivation and evolving his Eight Spider Lances, then killed the Thorn Spider Emperor and gained its spirit ring and left leg bone.
• Ning Chuan reunited with Xiao Wu at the Lake of Life, learned about the threats facing her and the soul beasts, and hunted a Ghost Charm Demon Fox for her.
• Ning Chuan and Xiao Wu pursued Tang Hao, and A Yin deceived him into revealing the secrets of Ring Detonation before Ning Chuan killed him and took his spirit ring and Soul Bones.
• Ning Chuan returned to the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile School, defeated Sword Douluo in a duel, revealed Tang Hao’s death, and gave his companions Soul Bones and Immortal Herbs as Ning Rongrong prepared to succeed Ning Fengzhi.
• Ning Chuan and Qian Renxue planned to act against Xue Ye during Ning Rongrong’s succession ceremony, then Ning Chuan led his companions to the Star Dou Great Forest to hunt spirit rings and face a Dark Demon Evil God Tiger.

Ning Chuan helped Qian Renxue seize Heaven Dou, then led the destruction of the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Sect and Clear Sky Sect while absorbing their power and resources. After reaching rank ninety-nine, he learned that the Star Luo Empire had conquered much of Heaven Dou and that Tang San had joined the war against him.

• Ning Chuan killed the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger, and Zhu Zhuqing absorbed its Spirit Ring and evolved her martial soul into the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger.
• Ning Chuan helped Qian Renxue overthrow Xue Beng’s rebellion, and Qian Renxue became emperor of Heaven Dou as Xue Qinghe.
• Xiao Wu rejected Tang San and defeated him, but a blood-red pillar carried him away before Ning Chuan could act.
• Ning Chuan joined Spirit Hall’s campaign against the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Sect, whose leader Yu Yuanzhen died and whose surviving disciples came under Nine Treasure Glazed Tile School control.
• Ning Chuan destroyed the Clear Sky Sect, killed Tang Xiao, and distributed the recovered Soul Bones among his allies.
• Ning Chuan and Shui Bing’er found the Ice and Fire Dragon Kings, and Ning Chuan fused their Soul Bones before reaching rank ninety-nine and condensing his Second Soul Core.
• Ning Rongrong told Ning Chuan that the Star Luo Empire had taken more than half of Heaven Dou’s territory and that Tang San had joined the war with the Tang Sect.
